We stopped by here on 2/14/26. It's a trendy bar in a building off of Cherry Street. It was slow on the day we went. The patio is really good size and has a good view. We had a margarita and a glass of prosecco. We didn't stay but 30 minutes. I would go back, I bet it's fun when it's a little more busy. read more

Our party ordered 2 Pacífico beers and both beers had gone bad. Smelled off and tasted skunked. They were served in glasses with limes vs in a can. We didn't want to overwhelm the bartenders who were already slammed so we just didn't finish the beers. But that was a waste of $10 each. Stick to beers that are served in cans/closed bottles. The coronas we got after were in sealed cans and tasted fine. The cocktails we got were also fine. They get very busy so be prepared to be standing for a while until a chair opens up. But that's just something to expect if going out on Cherry St. Also don't feel compelled to dress up; there were groups dressed up but also people who came in sweats and a hoodie. Well....this is he 3rd of Tulsa's rooftop bars I've been to and it is divine!! I'm no a huge fan of busy Cherry Street like on weekends but I would def come back to this place! It has a FABULOUS, spacious outdoor patio and great view. Wines missed having NZ Sauv Blanc which is my fav and seems like a must have for good Sauv Blancs or I'd have rated 5! However...even though it wasn't on the menu, super accommodating Harrison found me one! That is SERVICE;)). Very pleasant here with few peeps in afternoon but then I like that! They do get busy weekends and some nights plus have music outside at times which could be really fun. Menu is somewhat limited but looks YUM but didn't have time to try today. Smoked salmon and Buschetta, some sandwiches look great AND THEY DO HAVE HAPPY HOURS M-TH and Sundays! We are lucky to have such cool rooftop bars right here in T-Town!! It can get really busy, and last night was the busiest we've seen, so the drink wait was long. I've been to side car a couple dozen times and have never had this type disrespectful service. It was one bartender. Female w red hair that has a 2003 tattoo. It was Friday night about 11pm. I just arrived and waited my turn. She walks up and says "what". I ordered 3 cocktails. All of which were warm and nowhere near made correctly. She slams one down on the bar which spills everywhere and doesn't offer to make another. I say thanks & sit outside. I waited for a different server to help me the rest of the evening. I ordered the same cocktails from this other server which were quite literally 100% different and better cocktails even though they were the same as I previously ordered. I work w the public & understand it can be difficult at times. Putting up w drunk assholes etc but I was extremely polite. Idk if she was having a bad night or just hated me. First time and Sidecar meet the bar...what exceeded was the bartenders off the menu mezcal cocktail. Midnight in Qaxaca it is called a mezcal, white egg with pear homemade syrup. I may have missed an ingredient but the drink didn't. The drinks are what makes a a place like Sidecar so I encourage you to explore. We plan to visit again and save room for some bites and enjoy the patio during the Tulsa sun hours. It was a nice night out so we decided to head to the roof for a drink. We entered and the ambience seemed great at first. We were told we could sit anywhere so we picked a spot outside. It was a little too windy and they didn't have any of the multiple fire pits lit. We were served water and a menu but then the bartender/waiter never returned. We got chilly and decided if we wanted to get waited on we would have to go sit at the bar. We found a spot at the bar inside and the same waiter welcomed us again before realizing he had never returned to get our order. He apologized and was nice enough. The drinks were double in price the last place we had just been and the atmosphere was just weird. Music was a strange selection and didn't match the decor and vibe. We have been to Sidecar Barley & Wine bar several times and it's always a great time there. The outdoor patio is really cool, even in the winter the fire and space heaters help keep you warm. Located on the top floor of the building offers a nice view of the Tulsa skyline. The cocktail menu is great, we love the "Mr. fancy Pants" and "Midnight in Oaxaca" but they have plenty of other delicious cocktails. We often get the Butcher board to accompany our drinks, the board is perfect to share with a selection of cheese and charcuterie meats. The Boursin stuffed mushrooms are very good as well! The place can be packed on the weekends. They occasionally have live music on the patio. Service is still decent despite being busy at times. It does take some time to tab out when it is extremely busy on the weekends. read more

Went for a quick bite between errands and waiting for our next appointment. Stopped in and had the smoked trout dip which came with pimento cheese and pita chips. The trout although good... I found myself liking the pimento cheese a little better. They should make that dish on its own. After one drink, we were shocked to be cut off. They refused to answer any questions as of why we couldn't order a second drink, and told us they didn't give a f**k.
