Good muffin with lots of blueberries.

The is a cute bakery with plenty of sweets to choose from. We typically get the cinnamon rolls (several flavors) and the blueberry muffin is pretty good. We look forward to taste testing some other treats whenever we're in town.

Stopped by this bakery after an appointment in the area and I'm so glad I did! I got the cinnamon roll, carmelita, and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious ESPECIALLY the carmelita bar!!!

Rise Up is sure to put a smile on your face: quality breads, pastries (cakes, cupcakes, etc) and sandwiches, bright decor and very friendly service. They sometimes sell out of their croissant wheels, so we had to get one: croissant consistency shaped into a circle with filling and glaze. When you cut into the raspberry lemon, the so-named filling oozes out... decadence on a plate. They also had a pistachio and chocolate one, and others. Somewhat similar to cronuts but less flaky. At $9.50, I'm good for awhile! We also tried the soft lemon blueberry cinnamon roll which also came in several different flavors. Their sandwich bread is also quality; we enjoy the honey whole wheat. They have a rewards card to buy 10 loaves of bread (or challah, sweet bread) and get 1 free. They also donate their leftover goods at the end of the day to a homeless shelter. Shop local and support this business!

This is hands down the best bakery in the valley! Every single item I've tried has been absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the kindest, most welcoming staff, which makes the whole experience even better. There's such a wide variety of delicious treats to choose from that it's hard to pick a favorite. Personally, I love the sugar cookies--they have the perfect level of sweetness. My daughter can't get enough of the mint brownie, and my husband always asks me to bring home one of their coffee cake loaves. Beyond those favorites, they offer an incredible selection of cupcakes, croissants, cookies, cinnamon buns, and so much more. Anytime we have visitors, this is one of the first places I take them. I truly can't recommend this bakery enough!

Beautiful baked goods! My favorite was the raspberry apple cinnamonroll. The frosting was delicious! I wish I had more of it! The cheesecake was really rich and the cookie was okay. Super cute for valentines but I wouldn't say it was the best sugar cookie I have ever had. I would definitely try a different cookie if I go another time. I wish this place also made drinks. Like pretty coffee drinks or even sweet teas. They just have bottled drinks and there is a coffee maker. I think it would help elevate this business. The girl that helped us was super sweet.

Excellent bakery that has a wide selection of options from fresh bread, cupcakes, cheesecakes to wheels. Their wheels are probably the most unique thing they have as I don't often see these type of pastries at bakeries. The cinnamon rolls are drenched with frosting which I loved. I thought the chocolate chip cookie was very mediocre and didn't enjoy it. I got the whole wheat and honey bread which was great. I also had the pumpkin spice wheel which was good but a little too filling for me! Next time I go I hope to try the apple chai roll as it looked delicious. The whole business is well run with a lot of employees and the inside is clean. It's a nice place to grab a snack or sweet and relax for half hour.

Dropped by this bakery recently to pick up a few items as a surprise, to take over to a friend's house. We weren't exactly sure what they liked so we decided to go with a whole variety of delicious goods. On this visit we decided to get butter croissants, crookies, snickerdoodles, classic cinnamon rolls, cream brulee croissant wheels, and two California club sandwiches on a sub roll. Out of all the items, our top three favorites would have to be the butter croissant, cream brulee croissant wheel and the California club. The butter croissants were crispy on the outside with a soft center, and not too flakey, which we liked. However, they weren't as buttery as we were hoping they would be. The cream brulee croissant wheel was surprisingly not too sweet which we appreciated and we also really loved how unique it was. The California club was bigger than we thought it'd be and that sub roll bread gave a nice subtle sweet contrast to the savoriness of the meats. Overall, service was friendly, patient and kind. The décor was inviting, bright and simple, with a good amount of seating options.

I only tried the Dubai chocolate & the pumpkin wheel. Both were good, nothing exceptional IMO. Inside was clean with a few seatings available with a cute mural.

I stopped by this morning for a quick coffee and pastry and what a wise decision that was. The staff was so kind and was willing to answer any questions I had. The interior is so cute as well. The seating very comfortable and the art is amazing. Overall I will be back.

Location has plenty of parking and easy to find. Upon entry of this establishment, I was assaulted with the heavenly smells of fresh bread, croissants, cookies and other baked delights! I could stay here all day hopped up on coffee drinks and baked goods! I ordered a variety of items - cookies, cheesecake, cupcakes, Jalapeño cheese bread, kouign Amann, and some cream filled caramel wheel. Ohhhh my gosh, so good! Think croissant wheel filled and crisp carmelized sugary goodness. I am taking these on a road trip to share, even if I threatened only leaving crumbs. lol The lady that assisted me was super sweet, patient and helpful. Ohhhh I ordered a California sandwich and ate half. Soooo delicious and the bread!! The glorious bread!! Soft, fluffy roll filled with avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, turkey and cheese. That was a perfect savory sandwich before I attacked the dessert. Definitely hit this place!! I rarely ever give out 5 stars, but this hit the mark!

Stopped by yesterday afternoon at 6:30pm since they closed at 7pm. We walked in and the workers were already putting most of the pastries away..... We quickly felt and saw that they weren't too happy that we walked in 30 minutes before closing... and the lady that was putting the front pastries way had a RBF going on. Our orders were going to be simple and yet another customer still walked in after us..... My friend ordered a peach cinnamon roll and a rasberry filled pastry. I ordered separately and got two butter croissants, another rasberry pastry, and a chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. My total was $23 with tip and the whole interaction was quick and only took 5 minutes... We were looking to eat inside but were then too scared to get scolded so we sat outside as we still had 25 mins left until they closed. The pastries were allll really good. Nothing was dry and they all tasted fresh. Prices were reasonable. The inside was clean and its nicely decorated.

This is a great place to go when i'm craving an occasional treat. You can tell everything is made fresh and high quality. My fave is the raspberry croissant and the cookies are really good too. Definitely not an everyday stop but I love it as a special treat.

My friend wanted a cinnamon roll so we stopped by this place 30 minutes before closing. The employees made it sooo obvious they were unhappy we walked in 30 mins before their closing time at 7pm. We bought the cinnamon roll and other pastries and ate them outside so we wouldn't disturb them. Another customer walked in after us so we didn't feel as bad. Most pastries were already put away. Why close at 7 if the workers are already closing down at 6:30? Hmmmm........................

I opted for the Ham and cheese croissant, and the sausage croissant. Both breading was fantastic. Good flavor, airy yet crispy, just really well made. I will definitely come back for the ham and cheese croissant. The sausage croissant wasn't really for me (the bread was) it truly is a big sausage in there. It had good flavor, just isn't for me. If they could make just a plain cheese or bacon and cheese that would hit the spot lol We also got their regular cinnamon roll. The breading had a lovely sweet cinnamon flavor and the icing on top had a delicious creamy taste without being overly sweet. The odd part for us was the filling in the inside. I couldn't decide if I cared for it or not, I was almost feeling it was pushing the sweetness over just a bit so l may or may not get that again. Even tho they have seating inside, it feels more like a grab and go. You can def enjoy your item there. But I wouldn't say a spot where you can sit and catch up with a Friend or read a book. It also felt a bit too warm and stuffy so cranking down the AC a bit would help it feel more inviting especially from coming outside from the Arizona heat. I like to enjoy a warm beverage with my dessert and I couldn't imagine doing it in there. We opted to eat in our car Service was friendly and patient. We arrived on a Saturday around 1130 am and their was plenty of items available Can't wait to come back

As I looked around, I couldn't help but think that if I lived there, I'd probably be stopping in daily. The combination of a bakery and coffee house makes it the perfect neighborhood spot. Although I skipped the coffee this visit--it was mid-afternoon on a Sunday, and I wasn't looking for a caffeine boost--I'll definitely be back to give it a try. For this visit, we focused on the baked goods and sampled four items: the chocolate croissant doughnut, maple croissant doughnut, vanilla doughnut, and a red velvwtcupcake. Every single one was delicious. The croissant doughnuts were wonderfully flaky with just the right amount of sweetness, the vanilla doughnut was soft and flavorful, and the red velvet cupcake was rich and satisfying. It's rare to find a bakery where every item you try is a winner, but this one delivered across the board. Whether you're stopping in for coffee, a sweet treat, or both, this charming bakery is well worth a visit. I'll definitely be back.

Perhaps dining in is a better experience, I can't remember if they warm up the pastry but we took our maple, cheesecake croissant, and cinnamon roll to go. It tasted a day old. The croissant/ bread didn't taste fresh, almost stale. I opted to warm it up a bit, it was a bit better but then it just started feeling too sweet so I wasn't interested anymore. the cinnamon roll breading lacked flavor, but the cream on top was good. But again the bread dough just felt stale. It was a Sunday in the AM that we went. Not busy at all. Since it's a part of an apartment, parking is a little awkward and can feel tight. You could easily not notice the place and mistake it for being closed. It's right off of the round about. (the wind had blew over the open sign and the open sign wasn't lit) Service is okay, nice enough. Not really warm. Seating is ample and is cozy to sit and read or catch up with a friend.
