I came in here recently to get some gluten free goodies for some friends. The inside is cute with a few different spots to sit. It looked like they can do events and weddings too. I came by around 12-1pm during the week and they were low on a few items, so definitely come early if you have your eye on something. Kati was working and explained some of the goodies to me. On my visits to this cute bakery, I had the pleasure of meeting Shari Amoore. She spoke of the items at the bakery with real enthusiasm. The cinnamon raisin bread loaf at $9 is a great deal. Sweet, delicious and tasty for a gluten free bakery item. Their cina bun stands at $7 and is a pretty good cinnamon gluten free roll. I overheard Shari talking to the customer before me who was in town for three weeks. Mrs, Amoore gave her a card and offered to bake something for this customer if she had a request. Wow! As a gluten free foodie this place is fantastic. Their cinnamon rolls, hot and fresh from the oven, AMAZING! So fluffy with the perfect bounce and chew to the yeast dough. I have to say that I wanted to try this place but I was prepared to and anticipated not liking it because it's like a vegan place and their stuff is dairy and/or gluten free. I was pleasantly surprised. I got one of the cinnamon muffins and it was actually pretty tasty while not being too over sweetened. If you like deserts but can't handle too much of the sugar taste, this is the place for you, just the right amount of sweet and the right amount of flavor. The people working were nice as well and did a good job helping us out. The bathrooms were cleverly decorated and very clean and the seating was clean, welcoming, and nice. Was greeted by the sweetest owner at this bright, clean and beautiful place. I bought a few pastries. I went later in the day and the selection was slim. Always a good sign at a bakery because it means that they probably sell out and people like them. I tried only the gluten free pastries, not the vegan or dairy free. The flavors on everything that I tried were amazing. I could taste the actual vanilla, cinnamon, and chocolate and not just sugar. The texture was a little too dense and not fluffy for me. I can not recommend this bakery enough. They went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's bridal shower was perfect. I asked for them to try to make macarons that were dairy free and nut free, which is a bit of a challenge considering the shell is usually made from almond flour. However, they were up to the task and kept experimenting with the oat flour till they got it perfected. My daughter was so excited and surprised to have macarons at her shower, and everyone absolutely loved them! We had chocolate, espresso, raspberry, and vanilla bean flavored macarons. We came in today to see what items were available. We got there early knowing there is a limited supply. There were several of us standing outside the door at 0955 waiting for the ten am opening. There were scone, cinnamonbun, and 2 type of cowboy cookies available. Once we ordered (4th in line) we felt bad ordering more than 2 cinnamonbuns because there were only 4 left and we wanted 3 and there was a line still behind us. We've stopped by several times and it's been hit or miss with the selection. I can certainly appreciate the supply/ demand issue with only one person making items. I heard several people asking for crescent rolls and over heard them being told no they won't have them until February. Okay I got super excited when I first heard about them opening because their bakeries are allergen friendly. Gluten free yes! Dairy free yes! Dye free yes! This bakery is my newest obsession. I highly recommend this bakery. I have tried several of their mini cakes and have ignored the calories because of just how delicious each item is! This place kept popping up on instagram and I couldn't wait to try. We drove an hour across town, hearts set on GF croissants. They were literally out of everything. Everything in the display cases, empty at 2:30 on a Saturday. And I learned they only do croissants once a month. So so disappointed to have driven all this way for nothing. If I could I would leave a negative star review. I was looking forward to my order that I placed over the phone with the owner. My sister had just recently gotten an allergy test done and found out that she had some severe allergies and was feeling really down about it, so I placed an order with the bakery to cheer her up. I spent hours researching a bakery that specialized in gluten free and dairy free options. The order was placed a week in advance. On the day of pickup, my husband arrived at the scheduled time and was told it wasn't ready, the workers then proceeded to push the pickup time three times without warning. My poor husband kept going back and forth trying to get it. In the end it went from an 11am pickup to a 4:30 pickup which is insane. It ruined our plans for the day and made us late to the family event. Then after the order was picked up, I started opening it to serve at the function when we realized we got the wrong order. Given the fact that my sister and mother have severe allergies we couldn't risk serving it without knowing if it was safe or not. When I finally got hold of the shop, the owner argued with me over an hr that we did not receive the wrong order even after I sent pictures of what I received and pictures from their website of what I ordered which were clearly different. After going back and forth, she agreed to give me a refund for one of the items. After that I continued to be harassed over text message to the point where I had to silence my phone. She kept insisting that the food was safe and I should have just trusted the bakery, even when I received the wrong order. It was VERY unprofessional and rude. Honestly bordering on crazy.
