I've had my eye on Chip Cookies for a while now and finally gave them a try back in December. I picked up dinner nearby and thought we needed dessert, too. I was immediately greeted by a young, bubbly staff when I arrived. I let her know it was my first visit and she gave me a brief overview. Everything looked amazing and as much as I wanted to get one of everything, I settled for two of the fan favorites: tres leches and BTS. The BTS comes with a cocoa cookie, caramel, whipped topping, caramel drizzle, and toffee. The tres leches comes with boneless cookie, sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and cinnamon sugar. Both were delectable! I think the BTS has to be my favorite between the two, though. Loved the caramel drizzle and toffee toppings. I knocked a star for the price. These two cookies were just under $20. I would definitely return, just not very often. read more

Every bite had chunks of Reese's goodness melted right in, and the balance of sweet and salty was spot on. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the texture was exactly what you want from a fresh-baked cookie--crispy on the edges, gooey in the center. 1/31/26: if you're looking for a sugar coma, look no further. Chip has you surrounded. We popped in this particular Saturday around noon & had the whole to ourselves -- that means we didn't feel rushed. Good thing, because there's a lot to ponder & choosing could be challenging. There is ample parking, and the interior is very crisp, clean, and elegant. The young gal behind the counter was bubbly and cheerful, more than willing to answer our questions. The cookies are large, thick, ooey and gooey. You choose a cookie, then 1) drizzle & infuse, 2) frost, 3) top, 4) finish. Easy peasy, right? Wrong? So many different toppings to choose from. They do have fan and local favorites for you if you can't decide, but everything can be customized to your craving at the time. We got a box of four cookies, plus a couple day-old (which were half the price). Some may consider them expensive, but no more than Crumbl or Twisted or any other cookie joint we've tried. Would we revisit Chip? Most definitely. I feel they knock Crumbl out of the park. read more

This is my favorite cookie shop! I am so happy to have one in Gilbert. The original is such good quality, love the milk chocolate chips. I think these are the best cookies in Gilbert. My girlfriends and I are always searching for the best chocolate chip cookie, and I think we found it here at Chip. Their model is unique. You can choose from the cookies that they have made in classic flavors or you can add toppings and syrups to those same cookies. We ended up doing three standard flavors and then doing one upgraded with toppings. We ended up preferring the standard flavors, specifically the biscoff! Tried this place for the first and unfortunately, the last for myself. We were excited to try some new cookie spot that isn't that old yet and my Fiancé and I were craving cookies. To describe the inside, it was clean, small, and was what was expected from a cookie joint. The customer service we received while there was phenomenal and informative upon on arrival. We are lucky to receive this in today's world. This is why a 2 star is given rather than a 1 star. Let's get to the actual cookies now.. We ordered a total of 4 cookies and they were the following: - BTS: Very chocolate forward and it was unfortunately too rich to finish more than a quarter of the cookie. - Strawberry Shortcake: Raw 100% with the flavor of dough. I am aware that these cookies can be "dough" like, but for it to be mushy to this extent, it was not edible and was tossed immediately. - Tres Leches: This was a decent cookie. The flavor was creamy, warm, and enjoyable. - Biscoff: This was the best cookie of them all. The dough was cooked, the flavor matched the profile, and the cookie was easily finished. Overall, the price of $18 for the cookies that could potentially be a health safety issue, I would still go elsewhere. First off, I am obsessed I was a little hesitant with so many cookie areas in the area but I am so obsessed!! I got the OG chipzookie and it was so crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle. It had the most perfect flavor. It was not to sweet. It was the absolute most perfect cookie I have ever had. They even have a topping bar where you can add all the toppings you would like which is a super cool concept. Came by a few weeks ago and it was such a lovely experience! The shop smelled delicious, the person at the counter was super friendly and patient with our indecisive selves, and it was a good time. What I love about Chip is that the cookies are soft and chewy, almost like cookie dough, but they're also tall, so I feel like you get a wider range of textures than the ones that are big and flat. I love that you can choose not to get toppings (for some of them), because neither my partner nor I are big fans of the trend in gourmet cookies where there is just way too much going on that isn't the cookie itself. We got the Biscoff and the OG, and both were absolutely delicious. I forgot to take pictures of them so you will just have to imagine. My partner didn't realize that the cookies had white chocolate in them, which he generally avoids, but I got him to concede that the white chocolate chips in the cookie were delicious and the appropriate chocolate choice for the cookie, and I think we may have a reformed white chocolate hater on our hands! Amazing cookies! Just happened to be running errands one afternoon, and decided to stop by here with the family. The first thing I can say, is wow. Chocolate chip cookies are everywhere, but in a town filled to the brim with 'Chunk' or 'Crumbl' shops, this place is the absolute best. Chip is my favorite gourmet cookie! I'm so excited they came to AZ!! I am not a chip rookie, we are in Utah quite a bit and I always have to stop to get cookies! I have even ordered them online to be delivered. With that being said, I know it's new so I'll be patient but the cookies we got today were dry. One of the things I love is the moistness (if that's a word) they literally melt in your mouth. I'm hoping today was a fluke and they were still getting things figured out.
