The fist one who I refer to Mulligan came out and their salesperson spent exactly 23 minutes with me and recommend their system and left. I then had Schultz Soft Water come out and I had the privilege to meet Jon. Jon took his time to test our water and he noticed the loss in pressure he started to investigate the cause to ensure that it was the old softener and not a bigger issue. He identified that due to the old system failing it caused a blockage in our water pipe. He then took the time to clear the blockage and restore our water pressure even before recommending a system. The water was tested again, and Jon went into detail about the results and how Kinetico could improve the quality of our water. Needless to say we chose Schultz Soft Water and the system was installed with in 2 days and the difference was already noticeable.
