Very authentic and very old-school Italian joint with a large menu I came here for dinner with my GF and it felt like we were eating at Artie's straight out of the Sopranos. Massive bread basket with a ton on different toppings for the breads Food was all fantastic. I got a chicken dish, and both a tiramisu and a cappuccino for dessert.

We have eaten here several times and it's always really solid authentic Italian food. Lots of specials to choose from and the menu has something for everyone. The ambiance is a traditional looking Italian restaurant and the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. The owner and his wife are always there to make sure patrons are well served. It's clear they take pride in their business and delivering a good dining experience.

- Vitello Bonnacino off their Holiday Specials menu

- have been here half a dozen times in the past two years and it legit always been good. Great selections, great wine list, and very good service.

My friend and I dined here for the first time and it was fantastic. Right off the bat, the owner kept greeting us, helping us order, and recommending menus. I ordered a pasta dish and it was delicious. The sauce was a sweet and creamy tomato sauce, the seafood was fresh and plentiful, and the pasta was fantastic. My friend and I agreed that the pasta here stood out from other Italian restaurants we've been to - fresh, well-made, and perfectly flavored. We also ordered half a dozen oysters as an appetizer, which were fresh, and my friend ordered a scallop risotto, which was so good that I'll go back next time I have the chance. It's a place with a deep Italian heritage and I love that it's a close-knit family business. It's a place where you can savor both traditional Italian culture and delicious dishes .

Hosted a private room event here the other night. We did a tasting menu with optimal wine or…read morewhiskey pairings for each course. The food quality is high, the service has dropped a bit since last year, but still above average. You won't leave hungry, with huge portions for a 4 course evening, plus amuse bouche. We had giant tiger prawn, Hawaiian Ono, and Venison & Pork belly for proteins. The Ono was slightly overcooked, but not enough to ruins the dish. The chosen wines paired perfectly with each dish, and the bartenders choices for the whiskey pairings were fantastic. A good selection of Irish, Japanese, and American whiskies . If you're looking to do a private party/room with them, go for it.

I enjoyed a glass of the house white wine, Pino Grio. The complementary rolls with olive oil are delicious! The side of pipping hot fries hits the spot! The smaller portion of Bolognese house-made creamy pasta dish was flavorful and very filling! I swapped out the meaty beef and lamb with mushrooms and veggies. While the squash and onions detracted a bit from the flavors, the mushrooms were spot on! I enjoyed Cocktail #6 with Tequila, Elderflower liquor, fresh cucumber juice, and strawberry syrup. The cocktail was very balanced and refreshing - totally worth $21. I just wish there were more vegetarian options on the menu and lighter fare (smaller steak portions). Will come back again for drinks!

Service was great. We were easily accommodated when we requested to move to a different table…read moreaway from the door ( it was cold and damp and every time the door opened cold wind blasted inside, even with the double doors). It was much appreciated. As for the food it was hit and miss. Our husbands had the short rib raviolis and-although it was flavorful, there was not enough meat inside the raviolis nor were there enough raviolis to justify the price tag. Since the sauce was extremely flavorful I forced my husband to share some of the skimpy sauce to dip my pizza crust on it. Luckily the guys had enough of the wonderful fried mozzarella and bread to not be grumpy. One tip that our whole party agreed on was that the sauce was better suited if it was paired with chunks of lobsters instead of of the stuffed short rib raviolis. I was happy with size of my thin crust pizza and it was way more than I could eat. However, I am not sure if I was actually ok with how the ingredients were divided jn the quarter a fourth of the pizza contained olives ,another fourth was the mushrooms, ,another fourth was the prosciutto and for the life of me I could not remember the fourth ingredient. I'm still ponedering whether I am a fan of this. My friend had the Marguerite pizza and she was extremely satisfied with it. As to the place itself, it's nothing fancy, it's just your typical pizza place in a strip mall. It's just ok. One thing I noticed about it is the dim lighting, but to be fair it's a normal complaint for most eating establishments. We all had to break out our IPhone flashlights to read the menu. I wish most eateries would have a dimmer switch by your table so that when you are ordering, there is sufficient lighting as you read the menu and when done can be adjusted to mood lighting. I noticed most of the upper forties and up patrons did the same thing as us when ordering.

Terrible service and an incredibly small portion--just five ravioli, and not even jumbo-sized…read more Meanwhile, everyone else at the table received generous, overflowing portions of dishes like cavatelli, capellini, and chicken parmesan. With about 30 seconds of chewing per bite, my entire meal was gone in about two and a half minutes. The waiter seemed to be doing his best, but he was clearly stretched too thin with too many tables. The service felt disorganized--we were first asked for drinks (which is standard), then only appetizers. After finishing those, we had to flag him down just to place our dinner order. The most disappointing part was the ravioli di carne. The portion was not only inadequate but honestly felt insulting--both to me as a customer and to the restaurant itself.

The pianist swept you off your feet as she played back to back hits. What a romantic addition to the stunning decor and ambiance that this restaurant and hotel created. We sat in the bar area, no reservations needed. Drinks: I had to try their espresso martini after reviews that it was the best around...well, let's just say that the reviews aren't wrong! The espresso was brewed strong and the liquor pairing was perfect. 10/10 easily! My boyfriend's drink of choice was the Port of Angel's envy and he raved about how excellent the Angel's Envy bourbon was, said it was worth taking a bottle home. 10/10 Bar bites: I ordered what I called "girl dinner" lol the caviar & shrimp toast, which I can best describe as AMAZING! A perfect 10/10 My boyfriend ordered the crab cake sliders which came with a side of fries and honey, those crab cakes were DELISH! Perfect 10/10 The fries had a hint of truffle oil on it, making them even more addictive. Overall, I'm in love with the ambiance, food, and drinks and whether you choose this place for amazing drinks with friends, bar bites while watching their large screen TVs, or a romantic dinner in the main dining area-you will not regret it.

During dinner, there was live music which created a nice ambiance. I ordered the half roast chicken and chicken Bryani. The half roast chicken was disappointing. The breast was dry and flavorless. The bed of corn and beans reminds me of something you pull from the freezer. The chicken bryani could use more seasoning and spices. Dinner menu seems to be the same as the dinner menu from last year. Breakfast we ordered the chicken and waffles and also the lobster eggs Benedict. The chicken and waffle was cooked fresh. Chicken crispy and juicy. Waffle fluffy. The lobster Benedict was a let down. Eggs were cooked nicely but the lobster bits were mushy. Overall the room was nice and the food was hit or miss.

Overall, the appetizer portions are VERY small. For the main entrees, we got SPICY SAUSAGE PIZZA, BRAISED PORK PAPPARDELLE, CAMPANELLE, CABERNET BURGER, ATLANTIC SALMON, and RAINBOW TROUT. -Spicy Sausage Pizza: it was a spicy sausage pizza with some fancy cheese grated on top. -Braised Pork Pappardelle: The noodles were al dente and there was a tomato based sauce. -Campanelle: the white sauce was a little bland. The noodles were al dente. -Cabernet Burger: the patty was very flavorful and juicy. Would recommend this. It came with fries. -Atlantic Salmon: The salmon was topped with a tomato sauce, personally I would have prefer no tomato sauce as it really overpowers the salmon flavor. Under the salmon was some lettuce. -Rainbow trout: this does not come with a sauce on top like the salmon and so is able to maintain a bit of crisp to the skin. Overall, all the food we had here was mediocre. Nothing stood out. The location and ambiance is great, so it's nice for a get together, not for foodies - not recommended.
