The four white men behind me were specifically called to the front of the line and asked if they were "picking up". Since I was ahead of them, I said I am picking up too. The man ignored me and continued to serve the four men behind me until I reached the counter. Another woman walked up to help with the line and got my script. Unless you're on deaths doorstep or have amazing coupons, you will want to go to target for your bandaids, cards, personal care products etc. With that being said, I recently had the (pleasure) of a (possible) exposure and figured a COVID test wouldn't be a terrible idea. The appointment process online was just as painless as the procedure. Sign up was easy, times were limited but I wasn't in a huge rush. The site is completely drive up and self administered so I wasn't skeeved by others. There was only a 35 minute-ish wait on the drive through line. The woman working the window was informative, polite and walked me through the process. I was glad I just had to swab and not poke my brain through my nose. Honestly, it could have been worse. Don't want to (have) to return again but would due to how easy the process was!

When they changed owmership a few years ago we were worried the great customer service might change but they continued the committment to the community and to affordable and quality products. From the front staff to the pharmacists, they treat everyone with respect and take their time to help you find what you need or they'll order it for you. My wife and I both got our booster shots and flu vaccines there and they were great about the whole process.
