I was looking for wrapping paper just a few days before Christmas. Literally everywhere else I checked was out. Rite Aid had what I was looking for. I was pretty in and out. Couple things I noticed was the store seemed pretty understaffed and even a little messy. They did have a pretty decent selection of mini one shot liquors tho! Your checkout person today was sarcastic and rude and told me. It be rude when she asked me what my total was and when I told her I don't know cause the self check out register (that she took me to) didn't print out the receipt she said no need to be rude. I told her I wasn't that I was just telling her I didn't know the total. She took me out of the self checkout lane to help me on the side. But she didn't have change of a 50$ bill so I gave her the $50 and the extra .08 cents that was on my total so I could get just bills back. She then proceeded to take me back to the self check out register and put my money in and putting the change in first. And the. The machine spit out .98 cents (the change I was trying to avoid the whole time!) then I asked her where the receipt came out cause I didn't see it come out. The she went back to her register and asked me the total and I said I have no idea cause I don't have a receipt and she said "no need to be rude". Then I said I wasn't. Then she said she was just trying to help. To be honest if people do t have cash change they should ask a customer how they plan to pay. I could have just checked myself out from the beginning. So when I left without a receipt she rudely and catcalls said have a great day and they I told her she doesn't need to be rude bad I can hear the total and utter sarcasm in her voice. So I walked out. And I was outside of the store and she still yelling have a great day over and over again. Until finally I responded with a loud and annoying sarcastic "you toooo". I didn't need this in my life. Just let me self checkout that's why I stood in that line so was would have been a 2 min process for me her trying to help turned into so much longer. read more

Very clean and well organized store. Employees are friendly. Was here today to buy my grandma a couple things she needed. Was very easy to navigate through the store. This is my preferred drugstore when in Oakdale. read more

The cost of things is definitely over priced. The customer service is not that great. If you need something fast it is convenient.

Under stocked, over priced. The pharmacy customer service is totally lacking in people skills. I have noticed a significant decline with customer service in the pharmacy dept in the last year or so. Lots of new faces behind the counter, unhappy faces I might add. I have witnessed the elderly being talked to in such a demeaning and condescending manner that I have walked out of this store. Not impressed with this store at all. I finally made an appointment to come down and get my covid-19 vaccination. I made an appointment for 10:30 a.m. they were very good about texting me and reminding me even on the day it was to happen. So I decided to get there about 15 minutes early. The woman I spoke with was lacking customer service skills from zero. She had a necklace on that had a l on it she asked if I could she could help me and I said I was here for the appointment and she decided that she was going to turn around and complete her job which was emptying and combining the medications into one bin after six pins she turned around walked over and grabbed a clipboard and some paperwork and stated I had to do that. No acknowledgment in the beginning good morning how are you nothing no eye contact. So then I take care of that. I go to sit down couple in front of me had no appointment and was here for the flu shot. 10:45 I'm still waiting everyone has gone ahead of me. I went in and talked to the nurse I presume and stated why was there people getting flu shots that had no appointments and I was here for a covid shot and had an appointment and had to wait an extra 15 minutes? She stated that she just does it by the order they come in. And proceeded to tell me what my side effects were. I really think this place is lacking customer service pride in their job. Manager should you weekly checkups to see how her customers reps are doing. read more

Love the ice cream. The ice cream has not change since I was a kid which is 25 years ago and is still the best. The only thing that changed is the price but still good. Will always go back for more ice cream. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Extremly rude when you have to go up and ask a question since they never help!!! Really put me off when I see a "Ring bell for service" sign on the register! Who does that? What happened to a friendly staff who is there for the customer? Every employee there looks like they hate there job and doesnt even look at you in the eye! Rude on the phone !! I needed a special prescription, the lady said they had it... She got it wrong, and it's too late once you fill it. Never a sorry !! Or a thanks ... No smile ... I would have got her name but it was 3 of them ... I believe those positions pay pretty well... I smell office cancer.. No wonder rite aids stock is much lower than the competition ..I was a longtime customer !! That's my last time.. And I surely hope your bosses see this !!
