In all that time I have received exceptional attention. Once, recently, a single prescription was not delivered on time and when I called to find out what the happened the response was surprise with immediate remedying of the situation and bountiful apologies. Only once in 22 years and yet here on Yelp I read two negative reviews. Hard to figure out how that could have happened. I have waited over a month for refills with no movement, last week my husband followed up on these scripts and was told they weren't filling them since I already had a refill. I have new insurance and these aren't controlled substances so my husband reiterated to fill it now. Today after my husband received a refill and I spoke to the driver asking where mine was. I called the pharmacy and was transferred twice on my lunch break. I gave up and am finding a new pharmacy for myself and my family because they have proven once too many times by delaying scripts and writing the wrong scripts on pill packs they can't be trusted. Our health is at stake with these people.

And the store itself and neighboring parking lot are clean, with the store not so huge that you can get lost. But, having had my right knee replaced recently, I am not as mobile as I was before. Some weeks after the surgery, finally free of the walker, we had occasion to park on the far east part of the parking lot. Trying to enter the store on that side, I was confronted with a severely inclined sidewalk near the entry. And I observed the store had no electric shopping cart for me to use. And the last two times I've been in the store, I've been short changed several dollars by the checkout clerk. I always check my receipt to make certain I've been charged correctly (several experiences at Wal Mart having checkout clerks adding bogus items to the bill has led me to routinely check receipts). The first time I was given 2 dollars too little; the second time I was short changed 4 dollars. Each time I turned back to the clerk and said, "You short changed me." Each time, without looking at the receipt, the clerk handed me the correct number of dollars that were missing. And those two experiences lead me to wonder whether it was accidental or not.

The systematic value of this Walmart has gone up this year, I can say that for sure. The customer service can be a hit and miss.
