By the time you wait for curbside, you could have gone in and been back to your car. There were three employees assigned to curbside, yet orders were only being brought out one car at a time. Even for a single bag, two employees pushed out a cart. One employee spent time fixing his hair and pulling up his pants while a long line of cars continued to wait. Once I went inside, the experience wasn't any better. There were plenty of employees, but no one seemed interested in helping customers. The staff I encountered were unfriendly and not helpful. A 40-minute wait for curbside pickup is completely unacceptable. The service was slow, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating. I won't be using curbside pickup at this location again.

I've been to this CVS Pharmacy location a couple of times in the past. I used to get my flu shots…read moreand COVID-19 booster shots here. Back then, they weren't as organized or were just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people there for their immunizations. I had an appointment, but still had to wait in line (as if I didn't have one). Other than immunizations, I was in need of getting my daughter's antibiotics as soon as possible. Our regular pharmacy still didn't have her medication ready, even a day or two later. I was told that the medication was allegedly going to come in the following day, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I called this CVS Pharmacy location and thankfully they had her medication in stock. The person I spoke with over the phone, however, was a bit rude towards the end of our call. Thankfully, however, my husband was able to pick up her medication that same day. I'm thankful that they had the medication in stock, so she could start her treatment, but I wasn't really happy with the customer service I received each time I've come here or spoke with someone over the phone. For that reason, I give them 3 out of 5 stars.

I lost my keys and wallet somewhere in the store and ended up sitting in the Starbucks area, stressed and unsure what to do next, especially with my phone at only 5%. An employee named Wyatt noticed I was upset and came over to ask if he could help. He was incredibly kind, he took my phone to their break room to charge it and searched through the carts while my daughter and I checked the aisles. He stopped by several times just to check on us. The woman working at Starbucks also came over after overhearing what happened and offered us a pastry to make the moment a little easier. I was genuinely touched by how willing complete strangers were to help us and brighten our experience in any way they could. Thankfully, a customer who overheard us found my keys and brought them over. To the customer who returned my keys, the Starbucks employee, and Wyatt, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I'm so relieved my keys and wallet were found, but even more moved by your kindness, warmth, and willingness to help during a stressful moment. You truly made a difference

I told him, am taking Amlodipine which is bad to combine and he said it was safe! Still, I did not listen and walked out. The pharmacy has few stocks available and is always missing items.. Attached here is a proof that Sudafed and Amlodipine have interaction risk and is very dangerous combo. Just awareness, ask your doctor and not a pharmacist. They make mistakes too or better yet, research for yourself..

The cashier insisted that the system was indeed giving me 50% off but I argued that 50% of $6.99 is $3.50!! You can clearly see the original price on my return receipt for the Snoopy Hershey kisses and Reese's PB hearts as $6.99!! $4.68 is not 50% off!! I told her they should take those 50% off signs down since it's obviously false advertising. Afterwards I saw a woman browsing the Valentine's 50% off merch but warned her that it's actually only 33% off when you get to the register!! The cashier was either too dumb to do simple math or just too lazy to care!!
