When my regular CVS pharmacy didn't have a…read moreprescribed medication because it was on back order, they didn't offer any alternative, or guidance on where to find it (?). So, I searched pharmacies on yelp and called down the list of top rated to ask if they had it in stock. Was told over the phone that they could fill the prescription within the hour here so headed over. Area is not great, but it's around the corner from a great hospital where I got my first covid vaccines so street parking is possible. Once I checked in, they told me it was a 20 minute wait. No problem processing my insurance. Surprisingly, there's also a yelp check in offer! Not only did I leave with my prescription filled fairly quickly, but also with a tote, pen, and calendar. Unexpected freebies were a great finale to an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you, 986!

The girls who work here are super friendly and I wouldn't dream of going to another pharmacy. I adore Amelia who ALWAYS helps me and is so incredibly friendly. Her and another associate were standing there talking bad about me in Spanish and because I'm white they assumed I didn't understand. Very unprofessional and disgusting. I let them know I understood and she got offended and started being even more rude and disrespectful. As a person who works in customer service, these women need to take some classes to learn respect and better customer service. I felt very degraded and discriminated. The one thing people would say about him is you never have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get a prescription filled. So if I needed a prescription for antibiotics like when I caught pneumonia, mine was filled very quickly. Then after I got married and had children and they would get ear infections in daycare and pre school Fred is the one I would go to. Then he bought his own Reliable pharmacy and it still is the same. You never wait longer than 10 minutes. Fred is a Doctor of pharmacology which means he knows what every drug will do for you or to you. He gives out sage advice and talks to everyone as though he would talk and look out for his own family. He really cares about his patients! The name Reliable is a spot on name for this store because for every aspect done in this store, whether it be giving vaccines, or helping people to decide which vitamins to take or asking questions about a procedure they are thinking of having done or a drug to consider taking, he weighs it heavily with much thought and wisdom and gives you his answer. Also he will catch drug interactions and quickly call your Doctor up and say "I can't give them this drug because it will interact with what he or she is taking which in the ends keeps you safe. He's on top of it! His store is always clean and sanitary. They also sell nick nacks as well as jewelry and all holiday items. They have Brown Bag sandwiches which are really delicious and nutritious. Most hospitals buy these for their patients in case they get hungry in the middle of the night. They also sell baby items there, toys and ambulatory supplies as well as bandages and some His staff are amazing!!!! Mina has been with him for years and does a variety of right hand stuff for him. In other words she is competent, gone to school, got her degree and takes care of everything. I have seen her very , very busy and yet she just smiles, is kind and warm and makes her patients feel as though everything will be okay. If anything is wrong in the price for your drug or the prescription, she will catch it and correct it right away. Jay is another great employee! She is always smiling, and works hard. She is not ever idle. Her warmth and charm will light up a room and draw people in. This is my favorite pharmacy and I will be a forever patient.
