I walk up here a lot and they always greet you with a smile. If you like Self magazine, in the July issue there are coupons for some Neutrogena Products. I used the (2) dollar coupon for the: Rapid Wrinkle Repair, moisturizer SPF 30/ & the Neutrogena Rapid wrinkle repair. If you buy 2- you get one half off. I've been using for a week now and my skin is softer, plus the wrinkles around my eyes are less/ and my forehead creases. Plus you can send in the receipt to New York ( the offer is in the July issue of Self) to get a free Self tote. The also have an area where things are on sale, and I've never had a problem w/taking something back--even when I couldn't find the receipt. I had bought a candle once, and didn't know it had no wick. The gave me a new one. This particular Rite aid has been my go-to drug store. I moved to the area 3 years ago and shop here on a weekly basis. They have good customer service but lately I have seen them super friendly with the customers. I've become familiar with the team there and they are really nice. Ice cream is delish. The important thing I want to share with you is that you can get your prescription quickly but the pharmacy hours are limited. You're average Rite Aid, but the customer service is UNREAL! Came in and was greeted right away, while I was walking around like a headless chicken one of the managers came over to help. She could tell I was flustered because I was not having a great day and had to pick up a bunch of stuff for my boss. She literally grabbed a basket and found all the stuff I needed and the stuff they didn't carry she told me where I could find them nearby which was helpful because I'm not from this area. I have been a customer of this Rite Aid for the last 15 years, I even pick up my prescriptions here. Unfortunately, I will now be my purchases at another drug store chain. The night manager on 8/10/19 (Jisele) was rude not only to me as a customer, but her own fellow employees. I had came to return a purchased item that I was returning a week after purchase and was told it had to be less than the amount that I originally the item. Even though what I paid for it was the marked price on the item in the store on 8/10/19. This was really frustrating as a loyal customer to this store location, because my purchases here on a weekly bases. When I had asked for the managers name she wouldn't even tell me and was not wearing a visible name tag. She just walked away and told me to take the policy papers. It's understandable that you have to abide by a policy, but it's not necessary to be rude and uncooperative. read more

The pharmacy manager is extremely rude! I believe her name is Langchi Vu (of course she doesn't wear a badge it wouldn't be in her favor to do so) she turns down everyone that walks in to get their Covid vaccine even though online and near the storefront it specifies walk ins welcome 2pm-3pm & that is when I went (Sunday 11.21.2021 between 2-3pm) but according to her walk ins are only Monday through Friday which are just her rules because online & near the storefront it doesn't say anything about it only being during the week so I let her know online it says nothing about Monday to Friday she asked "What?" and I showed her on my cellphone she then rudely said "Fill this out then!" & gave me the paperwork. While doing so I seen her turn down another man with the same lame excuse that it's only Monday through Friday. She didn't write my daughters birthday on the vaccine card and I went back to ask her and she yelled out "You can write it yourself, no one is going to check that!" Unbelievable how we are being encouraged to get the Covid vaccine and professionals like her are rude and discouraging to the public. If I could've rated no stars I would have! read more

I finally realize why this place has such bad reviews, it starts with management. I was there around 11 o'clock I was waiting to be checked out for like 20 minutes the poor cashier was handling two registers, she called for assistance and when her manager came to " help " she started screaming at the poor cashier also started slammed the office door a couple times she had a bad attitude and was really rude, her name is Jalisa I couldn't get the name of the cashier because she wasn't wearing her name badge but the manager was. You expect for management to treat their employees correctly. That's a horrible example of having good customer services. This pharmacy is a joke. No one cares here, I never write bad reviews, but I need to for this pharmacy. I went in to get a prescription filled and they only asked me my last name which I told them. Well, they came back and tried to give me MY SISTER-IN-LAW'S MEDICATION!! Now I could let it go if it only happened once. THIS HAPPENED TWICE!! I went back the next day and they STILL tried to give me my sister-in-law's medication. Now, this is extremely dangerous! Needless to say, I switched pharmacies after this "mishap".
