This 7-Eleven is one of my local go-to 7-Elevens. I've been here a few times and have always found the employees friendly and helpful. I've been here to use my T-Mobile Tuesday perks (if you know, you ;) as well as some of my app rewards. I've never had an issue at all. The employees here have even cooked fresh chicken wings for me. It's a regular 7-eleven, nothing too crazy. I wish they had more vegan options. The staff was quick to help someone on the second register while a first customer was checking out. Also having a gas station is a big difference from most 7 elevens near the beach. It was big and arranged diagonally from the entrance, which I felt was unexpected walking in. Came here solo to try to win the millions and billions again! Decent location, and you feel pretty safe being that it's probably walking distance from the courts and the police station. But from a customer service standpoint, you could forget it. Literally one guy to do everything behind the counter. As a result, even three or four people in line are going to take forever. While in line, a guy came in with a backpack and must have stolen seven or eight items. But guess what? As the owner of this particular location, when you only have one person working behind the counter, you're inviting that type of individual who will take advantage of that chaos. Negative stars given Worst no service , rejection of .7/11 own policies and app, A dark haired 5 ft ir so do guy with a accent and the clerk rejected my apps , I had a 7/11 app for a Slurpee or coffee and a Tmobile fir a big Slurpee which I gave used we other 7/11s, he scanned my bar car codes and said my cash register our store id rejecting them don't take these, I said where does it say it won't take a 7/11 app or Tmobile linked to 7/11. Then he said only one per day accused me of if already using the apps freebies , I said no I didn't I opened virgin apps not used freebies in front if him and told him do it which he scanned and told me register wouldn't take it , he rejected everything and would not let me get my Slurpee , or coffee, kicked me out ignored me during my time to take cash paying customers, other 7/11s in z past I used the same apps successfully, this is a new store . New employee who argued rejected my apps and offers and ignored me afterwards, when I tried to talk to him, he kept saying no no no, I wouldn't even do business like get gas here cause the clerk would probably screw up reject something, what's to protect credit card scanners here nit like other places where employees physically look for cc scanners etc A bunch of different answers excuses from this clerk it employee. . They're very rude and don't have their actual prices up, then they want to call customers stupid and uneducated for asking a genuine question, when the price says different, and when told to flip the price card that he said was the actual one he refuses to. Don't go here even if for convenience. Refused to give their name and they know better to not put on the receipt who helped you. This has been one of my 7 eleven stores for the past six years. They have never disappointed me. Every time I come in, I'm greeted with a friendly smile, and hot coffee is always available no matter what time I come in. What stood out to me is. One day I came in, and no hot coffee was ready, which rarely happens. They made a fresh pot for me to start my graveyard shift. The new 7-Eleven, took over the former Valero, offers lower gas prices over most mainstream gas stations that I find myself drive the extra 1-1/2 miles to fill up. In addition, this location does not apply a surcharge for using your cc, & its prices are very competitive, similar to Costco prices. I have not been inside the convenience store, but I imagine it offers the same products & snacks like its sister stores. Maybe one of these days, I'll go in to pick-up a Slurpee or Big Gulp. read more

This 7-Eleven has been open for about a month now and it is GREAT! The location is perfect, lots of parking and easy to get in and out of. Couldn't have chosen a better spot for one. Definitely helped out this sad looking corner shopping center. So, right now it is spotless, shiny and new... and even though it's only been a month, it has consistently been that way. It's a nice big store with lots of product and well-stocked shelves. The dude in the morning is nails; friendly, smiling and totally cool. I pass a lot of convenience stores on my 40-ish mile ride to and from work, but this is my store to stop from now on. Great job and I hope you have many more fantastic reviews! CHEERS!! read more

Came in here last week. My sister wanted something quick before getting dropped off at school, so we stop by. While my mom is pumping gas into the car I get off with my sister. We walk in my sister gets her iced coffee and then heads to the donuts. She hands me one while she grabs another one for my mom. While we're standing there doing this, the cashier who had been eyeing us ever since we walked in decided to come around the counter stand behind us. When I saw her get too close I look at her and she suddenly "looks" at the EMPTY aisle next to us then looks at what I have in my hands and walks back to her spot behind the counter. I don't know if we were taking too long for her in the donuts to make us look suspicious or what but we were definitely not doing anything bad for her to have to walk all the way over and stand right behind us like that. As I'm making the purchase for us she says nothing to us but the amount I owe. No Hello No Nothing. First time coming into this 7-eleven. Notice that employees behind the counter have their backs to customers. Went in to buy milk and notice the dates past due! "The accepted rule of thumb is that if you're properly refrigerating it, your carton of whole milk's expiration date is five days after the "sell-by" date." I bought a one quart whole milk stamped with "Best by 23 Oct 2017." It smelled funny and even tasted funny! I did not dare to have my baby drink this milk! I do not plan to ever buy milk at any 7-eleven and make the longer trip to find a grocery store! read more

I have been to this location a few times now since it has been open but this review is mainly based off tonight's visit. Was out and about when I noticed my tire pressure sensor went off. I went to the gas station I normally go to for air but the machine was out of service. So I decided to go here instead since it is the same distance from my house. I haven't used many air/water machines before but this one was the most fancy I have used. It accepts coins and card which is convenient since I didn't have enough change. It was 5 minutes for $1.50 which seems pretty good. Not sure how much time you normally get but I get $1.50 is a little more than most places charge. It automatically sets to 32 PSI but you can change it. It also gives you a digital read out of your your current PSI and as you go which is really helpful. Each time I have come here my experience is always good and after tonight I need to come here more often. It is just around the corner from my house, I just need to remember. read more

I used to go here often to fill up on snacks and gas but every time I've gone a woman by the name Andrea is so beyond rude. She doesn't say a word, has a demeaning attitude, isn't polite but looks bothered by you coming in. Like the other review mentioned here, I've also tried greeting by a simple " good morning or hello" and she doesn't have courtesy to respond or acknowledge. After having experienced this multiple times I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I just feel like I bother by having to go to the register and pay for gas and or snacks. No thanks. I sent my teenagers, daughter and son, to this store to buy vegetable oil. The guy with the Mohawk, immediately starting watching them as soon as they entered the store. Being teenagers, not knowing where to locate vegetable oil in a store,they were walking around trying to located it. When they got to the counter, he asked them if that was it and they said yes, he then asked them why were they walking Around the store? Wtf !? This is a convenient store that you go to to shop. In order to shop, you have to walk around and look. They were so upset when they came home that the guy would even imply that they were thieves. traumatized, never wanting to go to the store for me again. When I went there and told him that he didn't need to watch them like that, he told me he was just doing his job. So your job is to watch people, make them feel uncomfortable when they enter the store to buy things and accuse them of stealing when they get to the counter. This place is a JOKE. The gas pumps are always a problem. I avoid them as much as I can. Hadn't been there in months. But my car was almost at empty. I go in pay $10 to Andrew with my card and go out to pump and no gas comes out go back in and then ensues a back and forth of he had no idea who I was when I had just been in there. I explain to him the pump isn't on and I paid $10 with my card. He keeps getting receipts out of the register and somehow doesn't see my charge. Like excuse me what? he goes out and says I pumped $20 - like DUDE! I just said I paid $10 nothing ever came out, that's on YOU. I even called my bank and put it on speaker that a "pending $10 transaction from 7-11 had just happened. I never got my $10 refunded nor the gas, had to get the manager's number. Bottom line avoid this place, they're a bunch of crooked thieves. $10 isn't much but its the principal of the matter. At one point Andrew's co-worker said that I wouldn't be charged, UMMMM...again I literally just put my phone on speaker, like the bank is gonna know that I didn't get the gas in my car. WTF!? I got the managers number, but lo and behold goes to voicemail, how convenient. Incompetent employees that can't seem to give you an explanation of what the fuck happened nor give you any resolution just "oh well" and management that sets their phone to go straight to voicemail. read more

Let me start by saying I have never had any issues until last month. I have never had someone come outside to me and scream at me for something that wasn't my fault. I went to pump gas with my bf. We go there about 2-3 times a week since they opened. I know I was clear when I told the lady my pump number but she was so busy counting her draw she heard a different pump and prepaid a different pump. When I walked back to my pump I couldn't pump and we went back to see what happen. She had enter my prepaid amount to a different pump that was being used. When we notice that the individual had pump and left we went back in and this lady was soooooo rude screaming at me and my boyfriend and I had to react too. I thought it was over when she gave us our gas to our pump BUT IT WAS NOT! she came out side screaming at me telling me her coworker heard me say pump 5 instead of pump 4 so we had an argument for 5 mins in front of other customers while pumping gas. This lady needs an attitude adjustment I don't know her name since the receipt had a guys name but she is an Indian lady has an accent. I work with the public and even if someone is wrong I would never raise my voice and start a scene. Very rude employees. Hopefully the owner understand someone frustration that was attacked verbally. read more

The two middle eastern gentlemen that work here in the mornings are very nice, friendly, polite, etc. Always willing to share information on a coupon or pizza/drink special. Look, the pizza from 7-11 is what it is. It's not gourmet by any standards, so just get over it. It's convenient, fast, and very cheap (2 slices for $2). read more
