I was suspecting a Townie bar.... pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case. It is a welcoming cabin-esque vibe upon entering then you're greeted by friendly bartenders! They have a nice selection of spirits as well as a tap selection to please any palate. I was headed to lunch so i didnt even browse a menu. I did glance at the specials board which listed a few soup offerings and a parmasean crusted cod. I will definitely be back. They have a decent beer selection on tap, and the menu can cover pretty much all appetites. I ordered the veggie burger, which was somewhat generic but nevertheless tasty and I ate the whole thing. Overall, I'd say the food here is good - maybe nothing crazy unique, but good, especially with the somewhat limited options in the area if you want to stay away from chains and fast food. I will absolutely be back for another dinner and continue to try out options on the menu. I'd really love to do the fish fry if I'm ever here on a Friday night. The restaurant has nice music playing which isn't so loud that you couldn't have a good conversation. I came at a weird time - 3pm, so it wasn't crowded at all. I've eaten in China town in DC and this place rivals those restaurants as well. I look forward to trying their sushi and everything else on their menu!
