Hadn't been to Ritual in ages so stopped in to see what they had new and familiar. Waiting for the Double Red to come back (it will be soon!), so DC suggested the Fat Hog Barleywine: it was amazing! Owen the owner stopped by to say hi and remind me of the Anniversary coming up in early November : congrats Ritual! Took home a bomber of Fat Hog to lay down for awhile and a six pack of Ritual Red to enjoy now. A great quick visit! read more

Just wanted to share a recent experience I had with Ritual. I visited the brewery with some friends a few weeks back and noticed an additional charge on my CC separate from my own tab/bill. I called my bank first and they put a note on the trans but also suggested I contact the brewery. I left a voicemail as they're closed on Mondays, but received a callback Tuesday morning. The woman was very polite and asked if I could stop by the office with my card and they would get it taken care of. I missed a call from them on the drive over and they showed me on their end the charge had been cancelled and apologized for the error and inconvenience. I let them know that I was grateful for the solid customer service and follow-up (hoped it wouldn't be a negative experience because I love coming here) and the friendly woman, I forget her name, brought me into the brewery outside of business hours and let me know she was buying me a beer. Some Biggie played across the brewery radio as I enjoyed a VERY tasty Hop o matic and observed the workers doing their daily routine in the brewery. Thanks Ritual, i'll be back soon! read more

I had a great experience! I started the day off trying to find a brewery to try out and let's just say Hanger 24 was rude as fu**!The words "I do not have time to answer your questions" were actually said to me during a phone conversation... so I was not impressed with California's craft breweries at all, but after finding this place I was excited to go back to Grand Rapids MI (Beer city USA) and tell people about my experience. I loved Ritual's micro brews and the customer service was more than satisfactory. The guy behind the counter was not only friendly, but extremely informative. I am a home brewer myself, so nothing is worse than having a bimbo behind the counter. This guy was extremely nice and was able to create a wonderful experience. We just celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with 100 guests and it was a blast. Ritual gave us great service, great beer and a great venue. We brought in pizza and cake which Ritual let us set up in their back room. Our guests purchased all of the beer, root beer, ginger ale and water they could drink. It was a very warm day so it was warm inside but they had fans set up and we all had a great time. I cannot recommend Ritual more. read more

Great brewery in Redlands. The place is pretty big, and it's pretty popular, and for good reason. The beers here are pretty good. There's a pretty big selection with a number of beers on rotation, so you're bound to find something here you like. As per usual, there's a few games to play and a stage for live music. read more

I hit this place up with my daughter...it was our first of a few we were going to that day...when i walked in the establishment i thought this place was promising...well lets start off with the service...they were RUDE as hell...so we only ordered a flight each! Went to have a growler filled and decided to try a pint. Got over charged for a pint. Had one and charged for two. Was not able to see the receipt until I got home as they do not give you a paper copy. I even gave them a tip. Recently went back to Ritual and they made good on the mistake! I always liked this place and finally got around to going back, not because of the mistake but due to timing. Comfortable atmosphere and just had the Hellion Belgian style golden ale. Came for the first time ever for CHS 10 year reunion. Decent venue. Barely mediocre beer. Absolutely nothing makes this brewery stand out and there are better options like Hangar 24. I got two taster flights to share with my bud. Everything tasted the same (e.g. 75% of their beers are IPAs). Two stars because it was fun interacting with my peers from high school. I always love coming here and they have great staff working there, very knowledgeable about the beers they have. Great place to take your dog, they are very dog friendly it makes me miss having a dog and taking them to the brewery when I lived in NM. Their quality of grains doesn't give you a headache. Really a great brewery to check out whether you're in town and happen to stumble upon a yelp find or you're a local and have had their delicious beer but haven't visited the brewery yet. Huge tilt up building in the business center of Redlands, this place is neat! I'll get to the beer in a second but for added goodness they have life sized Jenga, Corn hole (bean bag toss) local food catering, and shows featuring some of the local music talent every now and again. Now to what matters most IMO... THE BEER! Ritual has some INCREDIBLE beer. Everything from their Single Rye IPA, Hop O Matic, Monks Lunch, Extra Red Ale, Hellion, Big Deluxe... There's just so much to experience. Mastery in the craft beer scene, very knowledgeable staff and the atmosphere is fantastic for younger and more mature crowds alike. You kind of just blend in no matter how busy or light the crowd is. A must see, must try brewery in Redlands! read more

I really want to love this brewery, and I do, most of the time. Ritual has that classic taproom feel that makes a beer lover like myself feel right at home. The place is very open and there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their beverage. They have a few yard games set up (indoors) and a stage for music. Some of their beers are excellent (the stouts), some are pretty solid (Hop-O-matic), and others are lacking (Funner). I will continue to be a strong supporter of what they are doing, and stop by when I am in the area. I think this is the best brewery in Redlands, and is a bit underrated compared to its overrated counterpart. read more

Great brewery with great beer, nice atmosphere inside. Got some games to play like corn hole, on the weekends they have various places at times serving food. Been here on multiple occasions and the beer tenders are always great, friendly, nice and informative. They have a good selection of beers for everyone's taste pallet. One of my favorite beers "The Art Of Dankness" is brewed by ritual. It is a seasonal, though it should be back in April they said! You have to get back there to try it if you like IPA's. Well. As I read some of the review here about Ritual I amazed that we allow some of these people operate vehicles. Really, one claimed this "Bar" only serves beer. My friend and I caught up during a whole random afternoon here. We each got our own flights of beer, sampling as much as we could from this Redlands brewery. I definitely enjoyed the honey ale and the triple beer they offered, which I ended up getting in a following visit. They also allow you to bring your own food, if you would like! This place is pretty spacious, with lots of open space, tables, and games to play. There's Jenga to play, but I had fun playing cornhole. I prefer going through the day for a chill easy drinking experience with friends. The location is kind of random; it is located in a business park but if you look closely, you will see signs leading you to it. Overall, this is a cool brewery in Redlands where you can have good beer and chill time with your friends. read more

I wanted to like this place more than I did. The beer was just not as delicious as I thought it would be. My husband and I tried a flight, mainly of the IPA varietals, but weren't that impressed. Most of the beers tasted similar and left an odd aftertaste in my mouth. The tasting room is beautiful and full of great recreational activities. Do not let the location of this place confuse you! When I first visited this place, I was wondering if I was in the right place as the area is all commercial and there were no signs of a brewery within the area. But once you step through the doors of this place, familiar sights of a brewery start becoming clear. Since this was the first time here, my friends and I decided to try a flight of their beer to sample their varieties. The staff were helpful in describing each drink and any other questions we had. I was instantly sold on their Monk's Lunch, Fat Hog, Big Deluxe and Extra Red. Each were flavorful and refreshing in their own style. Growlers are available for purchase to take home one of their drinks. The place is very spacious as it has a place to sit and a place to play games.They have big blocks to play Jenga on a grand level. My friends and I decided to play Beer Jenga, where loser has to buy everyone else a round of drinks. Sadly, I lost because I knocked down the tower so I kept my word in buying the round. They also had another game where the object was to toss bean bags into your opponents wooden board on the floor and make it into the hole. If you ever go on a beer crawl throughout the I.E., make a stop at this place to sample and enjoy the atmosphere. I will need to pay this place more visits to keep savoring their beers. read more

I thought it was okay. I was a bit discourage that creating our own flight would costs the same amount of ordering two pre-selected flights with the ones we wanted to taste. The beers we tasted were alright; nothing really stood out. Great for someone who loves hoppy beers and hops in every type of beer/ale. The service was fine. The bartenders were helpful. The brewery tap/taste room is great for big groups. There is a lot of space. There are also games that you and your friends can play. They have growlers and bottles to-go, too. read more

This place is a true gem in Redlands.. The vibe is real chill & sharing long tables eventually means meeting a new friend or two. For the quality of the beer the price is the cheapest around. My current obession and love affair is Hop-O-Matic, sooooo smooth, sooo good. I also love their red ale, again sooo smooth.. There is a theme here, even their heavier darker beers to their lightest ones all share that same trait, an incredible smoothness. My fiance and I are quickly becoming regulars.. Beer was good. Definitely not the worst I've had, but nothing special in my opinion. I will say that the one beer that I've heard is the best was out so I couldn't try it. I felt the space was kind of awkward. I felt it wasn't utilized well and the decor screamed "we want it to look like we tried but don't want to put too much into it". Would I come back?
