Went with my daughter. She got a full set and I got a pedicure. Her nails look great, so the product is good. Price reasonable, $50. She is 13 so maybe they should do a lower price for kids? Again, nails good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere great. Here is the issue. Add ons. They charged $5 for "shape". Umm, you have to shape acrylic!! You can't just leave it! Charges of $15 and $10 for color and design! So the $50 set was $80. Yes, you should pay for the design, I have never paid more than $10 more - ever. And they didn't tell us, until we rang out. Pedicure was mediocre at best. Lots of products and bells and whistles - stones, towels etc.... But very little nail work done and the "massage" part of the pedicure was like she was petting a cat. Relaxing, but nothing resembling a massage. Staff friendly. Super clean. Nails came out good. Pricey with hidden add ons and be clear to tell them exactly what you want with your pedicure or they go through the motions. read more

I had to leave and pay for ugly unfinished nails because I could just tell they weren't coming out even close to the wish pic / video I provided them . My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to pedicures while on vacation. The salon is pretty and it was busy but they got us back quickly. I needed my old gel polish removed and instead of using acetone and scraping/lightly drilling, he only drilled with a metal file and knicked the skin on nearly all my toes, causing redness and discomfort. The large toe even started bleeding. I know he noticed because he kept squeezing it. I tried telling him "ouch - it's bleeding and hurting" and he didn't understand me and just smiled. The lady who was doing my friends' nails then said something to him and he didn't seem to understand her either because he just smiled and gestured to see if I wanted more filing. I winced through the alcohol spray and the bleeding eventually stopped but I was clearly uncomfortable but I didn't want to get up and leave and make it all awkward for my friend who was seemingly enjoying her experience. The polish job is also one of the worst I've ever gotten - all onto my cuticles and inconsistent in coverage. Some are cut short and some crooked. I would not recommend this salon. read more

Ended up being charhed $55+ each. The $30 nails with extras randomly thrown in was $49. There was literally an extra $100. I even tipped very generously as I had not realised the error until we left after thinking it was far too much and reviewed the receipt. I don't want to detract from the fact the service was good but the hidden fees and intentional deception was completely outrageous! read more

I can't say enough good things about Ritzy Nail Lounge. After my old nail salon went downhill, I tried a couple of other places around, but none were places I'd want to go again. Ryan did an incredibly thorough and detailed acrylic fill. When I scheduled, I asked for someone who could do nail art, and was reassured that wouldn't be a problem. After showing him a picture of what I wanted, he replicated it EXACTLY. What's more is he took the time to give a hand and arm massage at the end, something that other salons haven't offered. Prices were reasonable. I paid for a pedicure with gel, manicure with gel. My technician did not speak any English, so someone was called over every time we needed a translation. Great environment, ambiance. One free water included complimentary. My pedicure soak was lukewarm, scrub was mediocre. I had exfoliated the day before and she stopped scrubbing the moment that excess dead skin did start to come off. I wasn't provided slippers so I had to walk on the bare floor to get to the manicure station. No soap by the sink when I went to wash. Majority of my fingers had polish over my cuticles and around the edges of my nail bed. Four days out and it's starting to peel off. Lint sticking to the bottom clear coat that didn't get covered. read more

This nail salon does an awesome job. I was here vacationing for 5 weeks and had 2 acrylic fill manicures as well as 2 pedicures. Cici did my acrylic nails and they were fabulous. My nails lasted for over 3 weeks. No chips and no broken nails. My pedicure was great also,in fact, didn't really need another yet but since they were so good and I was leaving town I indulged. i usually go here and have a great experience. this time i'm not too sure i'll be returning. i went in to ask the front desk about my nails. if he thought i should get a fill or a new set as i had square nails and wanted almond shaped. i expressed if i needed to take off my nails i will because the length may not be suitable for almond shape and may need tips. i was passed on to someone who usually does my nails and without hesitation she begins to take off my nails with alcohol and proceed to a dip gel i didn't really ask for as it is not how i usually get my nails done ( i hate sharing dipping powder). i expressed i think they're too short and she became really frustrated with me and before i could explain where my thought process was and what i was trying to get done, she kind of said "no let me tell you what you asked for, this is what you asked for" instead of conversing with me about how there may have been some miscommunication between me, her and the front desk guy. then she begins to file the dip color off my nails when i said "it was fine we can leave it". and i had to ask her "okay so what are we doing now? are we starting over?" it just gave me so much anxiety and then my nails came out messy and the tips are barely glued on underneath, my hands still have crusty acrylic all over them as well as red drip residue. i understand there is miscommunication and mistakes in these situations but due to the way the situation went down i felt such anxiety and don't think my nails were really cared for after the fact. the reference picture shows softer almond shape nails and a dark maroon. i got sharp magenta nails :( read more
