I would call ahead because even though they were able to see me without an appointment on a Saturday I watched 12 people come in all at once and several of course had to be turned away for a later day. The one thing that upset me was this. I was quoted a price for gel nails ($60) It was a little more then I was willing to pay (since I wasn't paying) so I went to a normal polish. Sat down at the station and double checked what the regular polish price is.. he told me $55. I said well then I want gel that's silly... he said no gel would be $75. Wait... why? They charge $5 for shape, $10 for long nails, $15 for gel and $30 for fill. It's on their price menu. He said it depended on the nail tech... not cool. He did end up changing the price to $45 but I just felt really uncomfortable about this price difference. I wasn't asking for any designs or anything extra. They fixed it I just felt silly cause everyone was staring.. I just always speak up when I feel taken advantage of. And I kinda did. They need to get together and across the board charge people the same..

Aside from the language barrier he was excellent. He paid attention to details and took the time to make sure my nails looked perfect. They were able to accommodate within an hour and a half. Running behind I called to push back our appointment and the friendliest person on the phone easily adjusted our time. This place is located in the same shopping plaza as Publix, Jersey Mikes and Celebration Brewing Company. She made sure I was coming to the right place. Looks small on the outside but they use every inch of space without you feeling crowded. When we walked in and checked in they were ready for us. They even gave special treatment to the birthday girl. We had a combination of gel manicures, pedicures. There were at least 8 nail techs that I counted. 12 pedicure chairs in a separate area. They offer beverages. One of my sisters had a tech who was hurting her and not responding to what she was saying so she requested another. It was handled professionally and the second tech was great. The birthday girl loved being pampered by her tech. My tech did one of the best gel manicures I've ever had. Lastly, the final sister LOVED her tech even though he talked her into getting a gel rather than regular manicure assuring her it's easy to take off. Maybe he didn't realize she meant taking it off herself. Reasonable price at $35. Overall, loved this place. I would return.

Completely understand that we can be late at times but the previous day I went around 5:30 and they were closed when they're supposed to be opened until 7:30. The manicure was to thick and when my natural nail grew, you can definitely see the difference. After 17 days I decided to change return to my regular salon and had another manicure. To my surprise, when the manicurist was removing the old powder I can see a deep green spot in some of my nails. I wanted to cry. My manicurist told me that I had a fugus infection. 6 out of my 10 nails had green spots. My nails look awful. I don't know how the Queen's nails keep their tools and powders, but it is not acceptable. The lady who complete the manicure at Queen's Nails was really nice and kind but, I am sorry, I will not recommend this place to anybody.
