I originally went in for a different treatment, but the worker C recommended the QiQi treatment, something I had never heard of before. She told me it would be stronger and give me the straight, smooth results I wanted, so I trusted her recommendation. Unfortunately, I barely saw any difference in my hair. I also trusted them and bought the expensive shampoo they recommended, even though I had never heard of it before. In my experience, the quality was very disappointing, and I regret spending money on it too. They agreed to redo my treatment at no charge, and I gave them plenty of time and opportunities to fix the situation. I called, messaged, and followed up, but now I'm getting no response. I really did not want to leave a negative review, but after giving them so many chances to make things right and hearing nothing back, I feel completely comfortable sharing my experience. I truly regret spending all that money and getting almost nothing out of it.

For the application, the stylist got color spots all over my face. It was probably one of the messiest applications I've ever experienced. Then, when I asked to be re-seen to get my hair done since it looked like nothing had been done to my roots, they tried to convince me that I NEEDED bleach to lighten my hair (which would've cost me additional hundreds of dollars). Mind you, I have a dark brown hair color. Some time has passed and I've consulted multiple hair stylists and they all confirmed I DO NOT need bleach to get my roots the same color. When I complained to the owner, she said I needed to wait for the sun to lighten my hair?? Which is completely absurd. 2 months later and to no shock, my roots aren't lighter. I unfortunately would not recommend or be returning.

My stylist, Liz, took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted and even offered a few suggestions based on my face shape and hair texture. I ended up going with her recommendation, a layered cut with partial highlights. The products she used smelled amazing and left my hair feeling soft and healthy. I had a really nice experience at Ritzy Reuben Hair Studio! The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease right away. When I went, the store was closed but I heard a honk. To my surprise, it was Ann! She opened the door and explained to me that she went to do some errands due to a no show and I was able to fit in same day at the time I arrived. For cut, style, and wash, this was $40 either cash or Zelle to Ann. She told me that the number indeed is no longer valid and each of the hairstylists are contacted by their personal phone number to schedule appointments etc. I typically don't go to the same hairstylists unless if the price is cheap/ the person cuts well. Personally, $40 is a lot but I wasn't only give those services. Ann was the first hairstylist to ask me the temperature of the water I use to wash my hair since she noticed I have thinning hair. Even telling her I have genetic hair loss, she reassured me it can be combatted in some ways. I feel confident to come back to get my hair cut by Ann after my very first time here. Definitely out of my budget in some ways but where can you find this package for this price? I highly would recommend Ann! She's such a sweet person too!
