I worked with the owner Mark on adding front end PPF including mirrors and headlights, as well as window tint and a good wax on the rest. Mark handled my initial web inquiry immediately and we dropped the car off a few days later. It was done when promised and the paint looks beautiful. I felt comfortable they are experts as they do a lot of super high end vehicles. This is my first experience with PPF so I did not do the full vehicle, just the front end. I had a couple of hiccups when I was initially getting my car wrapped, so when Mark promised my color change PPF rewrap would be "perfect" it honestly sounded too good to be true. We had our Tesla Model Y in the shop over a year ago for a ceramic coat, some minor PPF work and to black out the emblems. The job Rivali did was perfect. After they finished, Brett made sure to give me detailed instructions on how to touch-less wash a car with a ceramic coat, hooked me up with a super soft rag to use for trouble spots and to this day it's holding up really well! The car's paint still looks new after 1.5 years (actually it looks better than new since they did paint correction on some factory imperfections too). Fast forward to today when I just stopped by for a car wash on our beaten up Bolt, and these guys managed to miraculously deep clean all the grime and dirt my kids had ground into the car after 3 years of abusing it.
