Like other people on this review, we also experienced pretty aggressive sales reps. For reference, I am a woman. The first time they came out, the sales rep looks me up and down and said where is my husband? I confidently told the two sales reps I would be happy to hear their quote and would go present it to my husband when he was off work. My husband had a five minute break and the sales rep said "what's up brother?" and was very personable with him. It was a whole different attitude than with me. They showed us some of the product but refused to have a seat with me without my husband. We vocalized this with the company and they mentioned they would give us a discount. Then, we had a second meeting with them and I had answered the door. The same guy that had asked for the location of my husband was the one they sent, even though they said they would send another person. When I told them I would be starting the meeting first and then my husband would join at his lunch break, they were uncomfortable with it unless I was "the queen of the household." When it came to the meeting, they stated they would take only 45 minutes to an hour. That was a lie because they took nearly 2 hours of our time, with most of the time being small talk rather than actual business talk. It felt like a waste of time. They did offer us the discount and a teacher discount, which is ultimately why we went with this company. They called their boss and asked for everything then said oh here's a $5,000 discount. I said no thanks and they called again, where they had told us and written in the contract that we would be receiving the rock and siding for the price of the siding. When it came to the job starting, the men were not informed about this and their job description said only siding. We had to contact them 3 times before answering about the job. They said it would be hours until they could figure out the error in the contract. I told them that I would either take the completed job or to have $9,000 knocked off my bill. I gave 3 stars solely because of the workers that did the siding. They were very kind and did the job well. The rest of the experience was negative and not seamless. read more

I had a disappointing experience with CJ that I feel compelled to share. From the start of the visit, he made himself a bit too comfortable by stating he would come inside and get to know us, which set an off tone immediately. When I respectfully declined the quoted price, the interaction became uncomfortable. Rather than acknowledging my decision, CJ repeatedly pushed the sale despite my clear and repeated "no." When I explained that I could only afford the minimum, he pivoted to financing options I had also already declined. At no point did he read the room or respect that I had made my decision. The visit ended abruptly and rudely, as he walked off the property with the trainee accompanying him, leaving me feeling disrespected in my own home. I would encourage this company to invest in updated sales training for their team. High-pressure tactics do not close sales, and more importantly, they have no place on someone's personal property. Respect goes a long way, and unfortunately, it was absent from this interaction entirely. read more

I had a terrible experience with Dabella windows. I am a home owner who was looking to replace some windows in my home. I wanted to get three quotes to figure out a company that would work for me. Dabella windows was the first to come out and they told me ahead to expect 60-90 minutes for the visit. I was okay with that and made time. The guy who came out was a nice enough guy and showed me the windows that the had. The problems started with hi original quote for 5 glasswong windows (brand). Was $15K and then down to 12. He told me up front it was gonna be a high quote at first and the he would call his manager and get a better price. This went on for a bit and after I said would be paying cash, he came back with $9k. The guy wrapped up and left 2 1/3 hours later. The next couple days I received a few calls from them asking if I was ready to move forward. I told them I was going to have a couple more quotes on Friday and Monday. They kept calling and I answered a couple times and they said they have had some additional rebates with their manufactures and would like to come out and show me the deals. I agreed to have them back over so I could see what "deals" they had and Made an appointment. The next day the same guy shows up and is puzzled as to when he is there, as am I. He has no other deals and called his manager. His sales person in my house hands Me his phone and I talk to his Manager. The manager asks me why they are there. I asks me how I talked Fred having them come back. I was amazed at the disconnect in this company. Then this sales manager seems angry at me. I didn't call them repeatedly, they called me and said the had further price reductions. I told the manager I had two more companies coming out and he told me I needed to decide and talked down to me. These guys are terrible. Like buying a car and having to deal with a sales manager or finance guy. Wtf. I told the manager on the phone that I still had nothing in writing as far as a quote. I never got a quote in writing and didn't know what kind of install it would be. Stay away from Dabella. I had two more companies come out who were absolutely amazing. One was too high of a price but they have great products. The other company that came out was only $8k for same window plus 3 additional. Follow up.. I have told them that I went with River City Windows and they keep calling trying to set up an initial consultation. There is no leadership in this company and I hope you stay away. read more

No that's if you ad other reviews. The actual yelp was 2.5. You will make sure it's clean after? No you'll be picking up the asphalt ticker tape parade for years. Show up at 9, take 2 1/2 hour lunch. This company uses AI to troll for customers and they don't even hide it. This is a review for their customer service, if you can even call it that. I requested companies to give me quotes through Yelp's Project feature and they sent out my query to 2 different companies. "Tahoe Park Windows" and "Northgate Windows" - If you Google them, both those companies have no reviews and look AI generated. See my picture. They sent me two different numbers to call (916) 619-4564 and (916) 892-0894 and both of those numbers redirect to Dabella. I am not sure how this doesn't constitute as "misleading" advertising or maybe something that that begins with F and ends with ROD - But this seems SHADY at best. I call back and try to cancel my appt. I tell them that I finished my project and then they try to ask me about my roof. And then my bathroom. And then my siding. I told them that those had all been done last year, and their customer service rep hung up on me. Yeah, this company terrible. 3 days later: I am not sure who they have handling their public facing team, but how ridiculously stupid do they think people are? (please read their response to my review. So phone lines and fake businesses just randomly pop up attached to your business, with no input from the company? Sure, I buy that. Not to mention, I have gotten at least 4 calls from the company to solicit me for stuff since 3 days ago. I requested a bathroom remodel and had appointment for 10am Friday June 5th 2026. I was out in the garage waiting for them at about 9:00 am. I did not have my phone on me but when I walked back in the house I saw a missed call from them so I called them back. A very rude person proceeded to tell me that because I didn't pick up my phone, they canceled my appointment. I then tried to ask him why he was cancelling when it was barely 9:00 am? He did not even answer me, he just HUNG UP ON ME. He did not even speak to me longer than one minute. So can you imagine once they get your money how they would treat you? They come to your door proposing a free siding inspection. Which is a waste of time, focused on big sales only. Only saw salesmen, no technical expertise. Walked around the house looking for reason to say all your siding is bad and there's general dryrot everywhere without any specific proof and it all needs to be replaced (yes there's specific problem areas and yes a professional pest inspector pointed those out). They say they are going to measure and say they're "measuring" while going back to their car and I can only assume talking to a handler. Come out and say essential they can't help, bye and good luck which came off as rude. I probably wasn't their vulnerable demographic to push harder for a sale and they lost any commission and interest... I was just curious and asked about doing one wall or painting contractor referrals and they wouldn't engage, said they're "still measuring" and I "could give you one". I went onto Yelp a few weeks ago to review roofing companies for a home improvement job I have. I selected four or five, but DaBella was not one of them due to its poor ratings and score. Nonetheless, they somehow got my phone number and knew I was shopping for a roofer. I started getting phone calls from salespeople on behalf of DaBella, which I did not answer, thanks to the caller ID feature on my iPhone. These cold calls were nonstop, coming at least once every day (more often twice a day). The funny thing is, they were always from a different number and a different salesperson. My phone identified the calls as "potential spam", so I assume they were coming from a call center. Thus far, I've received at least 22 of these DaBella voicemail messages. Out of curiosity, I read the reviews on DaBella and learned what the company really is and why so many of its customers were so unhappy with the service they received. Now here's the kicker. One day, I accidentally answered one of their calls and ended up speaking with a salesperson - a young woman (by the background noise, I could tell she was calling from a call center). I told her that I never submitted an inquiry and wasn't interested. Didn't matter; she aggressively tried to set me up with an appointment anyway. She said something like "We can send someone out tomorrow to meet you and look at the job". I emphatically said NO! I even told her I had already chosen a roofer for the job. I told her that if I ever changed my mind, I would call them, so please remove my name and number from their list. Well, sure enough, two guys wearing DaBelle hats showed up at my door the very next day, clipboard and sales briefcase in hand! I guess that's to be expected with an unscrupulous outfit like this. Do not go with DaBella. I strongly recommend choosing a different company. DaBella initially quoted me $33,000 for seven windows, and then suddenly lowered the price significantly, but only if I made a decision within less than an hour. They claimed the offer would not be available the next day, which felt very high-pressure and unprofessional. I offered to put down a $1,000 deposit that same day, but explained that I wanted a few days to compare other companies to ensure I was getting the best price. They refused and said there would be no deal because I might choose another company and request the deposit back. Danielle was the one who made those comments, and the whole situation felt unreasonable. The representative who came out, Trent, was very kind and worked hard to try to get us a better price, and I appreciated his effort. In the end, I'm glad it didn't work out because I found a reputable local company that has been in business since 1977 and offers excellent windows at a much more competitive price. read more

Do not work with this company. They don't provide a phone number if you need to reschedule, they showed up and my husband asked to reschedule for when I would be home. They called a week later and asked how it went when I told them that I was supposed to get a call to reschedule. So we did. They were supposed to come on Friday last week and nobody ever showed up. I received a call this morning as if the company had never spoken to me before and they tried to schedule me which is when I said nobody showed up on Friday and THE LADY HUNG UP ON ME. They gave me multiple quotes for different scenarios and they took the time to explain the science behind quality windows. My 86 year old mother had them come out to replace 3 small bedroom windows. Two very nice personable salesmen responded and quoted her 39,000.00. Yes 39k that's not a typo. Then after adjusting it to lower grade windows came back with a lower but still quite expensive price and told her the offer was only good at that moment. No time to consult with family. Must sign and give 1,000.00 deposit at that time or the deal was off. Sickening this type of people still roaming around praying on our elderly today. Beware!!!! This review is about their marketing and sales. We signed up for an estimate, and received up to 5 calls during the work day the following day. Despite the pushy sales, we confirmed our appointment. However, no one showed up and gave no contact as to why. We continued with estimates from other contractors. After four days, we were contacted again as if we were a new customer, with no acknowledgement of our previous appointment. When I told the representative that we had moved on and chose to do business elsewhere, they told me they would stay in touch and hung up before I could protest. Every day since then, I have gotten a call from them, no acknowledgement of my previous appointment, not having my number removed from their call list, and I have continued to refuse their service. This is day 6, where they call twice a day. Today when I told the representative that I didn't know how to be clearer that I didn't want them to keep pursuing me, she hung up on me mid-sentence. As someone who has a similar sales/business model, this is very unprofessional, disorganized, and truly a red flag to consumers. I avoid giving yelp reviews, as I understand customer service and feedback should be done through the company. They sent a salesman to present their estimate. He came up with a proposal more than $10K versus other roofing companies. That said, I asked for his quote in an email for a cash deal. The sales rep refused to leave my home and continued his absurdly aggressive sales pitch. I asked him politely multiple times to leave, as he was wasting my time. He wasted hours of my time and wouldn't leave. I finally said I would call the police if he didn't leave, and it took that to get him out of the door. On the way out he said, "This isn't really the way I am, this is what I have to do." Avoid these sales reps like the plague. If he had left when asked and they had sent a reasonably competitive quote, I would have considered them. Now you can see why I'm writing this complaint. read more

This is a question that I have for all readers. Is $42,300 reasonable for a roof replacement job for roof area measured only 2,200 square feet, or is this how DaBella rips people off? From many people I spoke to, this is an absolute steal! Take this less from me. If people with a pink butterfly on their shirt, or hat, com to your house, save your money and chase them away! DaBella's version of a "sale" is still more than what others will charge. They claim that their prices are so high because of their 25 year warranty? We contacted Renewal By Andersen for a repair/replace estimate for our sliding patio door. We never asked for window estimates. DaBella salesperson called within a few minutes asking "We need to clear a few things up. What is your name? Address? Type of work requested? Time of your appointment?" We didn't know this was an entirely different company, essentially a cold call. She did pressure on the phone, "We will need all home owners present and would need to replace at least 4 windows or at least give estimates to bother coming out at all." Very insulting. The Andersen rep showed up on time, listened to our needs, provided a brochure and did a followup by email. To cut to the chase, this women, Samantha and her trainee loitered 3 full hours pressuring my husband, who recently completed shoulder surgery. Demands made that he sign deposits for 11 windows plus our sliders! First quote over 60K. Repeatly told not interested, but they continued badgering a sick senior citizen, even demanding he get me out of bed, (on oyxgen), to participant in the spiel. Numerous calls to their 'Manager'' as if haggling over car prices. So wrong on so many levels. Avoid!!! read more

Like many other complaints described here, DaBella sent a pair of salesmen who far overstayed their welcome, as the appointment was set for 60-90 minutes but they sat around bullshitting for 3.5 hours. We simply wanted an estimate to repair or replace 5 basic windows. Instead, they measured all 20 windows, gave a canned timeshare-like presentation via iPad, made several contrived high pressure sales tactics, all while the babies were screaming in hunger and sleepiness. Horrible experience with shitbird sales tactics, and a waste of time. Also overpriced estimates for unnecessary features. I just wanted 5 basic windows replaced; not a goddamn whole home remodel! Also the 5 window estimate was $25 thousand and the whole house estimate was $75 thousand. Of course they tried to pressure sell us on the spot, saying you wont owe anything for 6 weeks, at which point it will be $300 per month for 20 years...like a mini mortgage. Bullshit. read more

Asked for a quote to replace one window. After more than an hour of measuring all my windows, high pressure sales pitches, insulting questions and no mention of the cost to replace, I asked the DaBella sales woman and her trainee to leave my home and send me a quote later. Instead, she called her manager, who I could hear say they don't do that. Then, after repeatedly ordering them to leave - she responded only with a smile and more insulting questions - I opened the front door, took her window sample case outside and told them if they weren't out of their chairs I would be calling 911. I had my roof inspected at no cost, by Matt with DeBella. Matt did a great job. He came to the door and was professional, regarding this initial meeting: he told me what he would do; he would finish by showing photographs of the roof inspection. He began by walking the perimeter of the home, got up on the roof and inspected the edges, the body, the peak and all the fittings. He finished by showing me what he saw with regard to roof issues. From his cell, I saw photos of wear, and areas where there were problems that, though not urgent right now, should be viewed and serviced, when/if needed. He pointed out areas where moss was growing (north side), and where, in valleys, extra grit/rock from the composite shingles was accumulating. At one of these valleys, he took the time to brush off the excessive grit to view any further deterioration (there was none). He made mention of the vents and one area in particular that, if I as the homeowner could apply some asphalt patch compound, would keep any further degradation at bay for the next few years. He gave my roof a clean bill of health for those years, given I did patch that one spot. I don't have any of the photos to present in this review but they showed what I saw when I got on the roof last (a couple of months ago). I am very pleased with Matt's professionalism and will recommend him highly for anyone who is looking for a roof inspection. I consider what he showed me to be extremely thorough. read more

I just had two door-to-door sales reps come to my door and ring the camera doorbell. One of them seemed to be training the other considering one was very nicely dressed (maybe even overdressed) who I'll refer as Person B and the other, who seemed to be the trainer who I'll refer to as Person A, was just wearing basically street clothes. Since I work from home, I make a habit of not answering the door except in emergencies, as if I'm not home, so I didn't come to the door. It wasn't until my husband who also got the doorbell notification messaged me saying that the people at the door were really rude that I reviewed the footage. Person A rang my doorbell and in doing so made some comment about one of my flower pots which is whatever to me because I understand people have weird fears when it comes to gnomes. Calling it "nightmare fuel" might be a bit much but to each their own. What irked me the most was that Person A carried on about how the siding on my house was "cheap crap" and that a strong breeze will rip it off. He also whispered some other comment about it to Person B but I wasn't really able to hear exactly what he said. Person B looked a bit uncomfortable with the whole situation. I understand that my vinyl siding is not the prettiest. But I'm not exactly made of money, I don't have a money tree just shedding the stuff, nor do I have a winning lotto ticket in my back pocket. I wasn't the one who put the siding on the house in the first place either. But what I can say is this siding has lived through 50+ years of neglect, rough storms, and renters and it still cleans up like it's brand new. I've never once had issues with it and I'd appreciate it if a scummy sales person would just keep their rude comments to themselves instead of assuming situations like that and making themselves a poor example to follow. Honestly, I didn't realize this company existed before today but looking at all the reviews and dealing with this experience, I will definitely NOT be looking into any upgrades/replacements through DaBella in the future. Even if I do come up with some extra cash, I'll be finding someone else who is far more respectful of their prospective customers. read more
