The venison is the best that I have had, especially with the blackberry reduction. Every course that we were served was top notch. We were able to make it down for brunch before we left out, and it did not disappoint either! I had the brisket casserole, and it was great. The brisket was so tender and flavorful, and the sauce for the casserole was rich and flavorful. The stuffed French toast was lovely. I am not a big sweet eater, but my husband is, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The chicken and waffles were cooked to perfection, and both of my adult boys really enjoyed them.
