Everyone from the administration to the janitor staff in this facility is caring and kind. It's an old building but is well kept and does not smell. The therapy room is large and all of the therapists, especially Barbara, are wonderful. I've been trying to get my meds. It's ibuprofen after serious car accident . Not only that, they'd give me a prescription to replace my pain meds they have not (they gave half of what my real doctor prescribed after two days) . All they offer is Doritos and gatorde not healthy for detox and the rooms you stay is aren't are not what the pics show. Dirty linens and extremely cold. Nurses are rude and will yell at you for needing sanitary pads you brought with you and refuse you a jacket you brought with you. chefs with get mad if you ask for low sodium and serve you canned soup. Give me back my medications you stole. Health care here is not a priority. I will be filing police a police report for stolen drugs. YALL THIS IS WHAT I EXPERIENCED IN LESS THAN 24 hours. BEWARE OF FAKE KIND REVIEWS. ALSO they took my dry cleaned jacket off the hanger stole my hanger and left my jacket to to crumble. Thay have no respect for your property. I told them before I came for severe health needs I need to be on a diet no processed foods. I almost went to the ER as when I left my bp was over 200. if I would have stayed here they would have definitely ended my being. they don't care about you. they deleted this review off Google too. they deleted bad reviews. don't go hear. unprofessional staff and ghetto nurses. They also attempted to steal my phone. They'll disrespect and steal. They tried to WIPE MY PHONE I HAD TO GET AWAY & had my phone retired today. I will be reporting it to my health insurance too. They stole my meds as well.
