The original owners appear to have retired and new owners have taken over. The recipes have changed and the food quality is considerably gone downhill. I made a large purchase yesterday and I couldn't be more dissatisfied. For example, chef co was known for having some of the best fried rice in the area. What I received yesterday was too wet and gooey, and the beef in the fried rice was mostly fat. The chicken fingers were extremely greasy. Beef teriyaki was overcooked. The cashew chicken seem to use a completely different and thinner sauce than the previous owners used, very disappointing. The egg foo young was acceptable. They better do something to improve this business to get it back to the original quality that the co-family had, or they're going to be out of business soon.
