Two years ago, my plan failed and I had the worst pain my mouth I had ever felt. I found Dr. Ecken's office through my insurance and it was conveniently two miles from my house. I walked into the small waiting room and was met with the best dental experience of my life. This dentist is a straight shooter. She explained each part of the procedure we went through. Explained the x-rays to me, gave me details on problems, and had me in and out of the office in just under and hour. I come here for my regular teeth cleaning and I've always been brought back immediately for my appointment. Even after I move, I'll be coming back to this dentist.

My family and I scrambled to quickly find a dentist in Louisville, Kentucky. Luckily, my daughter found Parkway Family dental and they had good reviews and they were nearby the location where we would be staying. I called the office from the airport and Michaela answered the phone, which was fortunate for me. She was professional, friendly, and she answered all my questions and got the ball rolling right away. They were able to immediately scheduled an appointment. Then, once I got to the office the next day, all of the staff were completely helpful and accommodating, even though I overslept and missed my appointment time - bad on me. During my cleaning the power tools became VERY hot as I motioned to the dentist that I was uncomfortable i was responded with "almost done". After a minute and several attempts to stop, the dentist holding the tool realized it was very hot and that "thats never happened before". Another employee came in to touch the tool and it was hot to the touch. I left with a severe burn on the corner of my mouth. I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to put a utensil in to eat anything for 2 months. The healing time was long painful and depressing considering there were visible welps on the outside of my mouth. My experience is rare but also my truth.

When I walked into the Aspen Dental Clinic with their day-lit offices and open spaces I felt relaxed and actually relieved and ashamed I waited so long. I did not wait long to be seen (maybe 10-minutes.) X-rays were immediately taken and before I knew it I was relaxing listening to Dr. Graham going into great detail about about these x-rays and what I was in for. To make a long story short these were the nicest people I've ever met in an office setting. Believe-you-me I know these people were sincere about helping me. This morning, less than a week since my surgery, my new dentures were being adjusted by Dr. Graham and his friendly staff for a snug proper fit. I'm now getting rave reviews by friends and family...even my family doctor...about how 'natural' my dentures looked. Yes, the word was 'natural'. They said I even look younger than my 71 years. I'm on cloud nine! Don't hesitate like I did these many years...modern dentistry is here. Thanks to all the office staff, especially Alexa at the front desk for making my visits positive ones. There where other patients there too that came after I did and they were call to go to back to be seen ( 5 people) and I was there on time. The that service was awful. Everybody was conversation about each other never once thought about saying anything to m finally went to the back got x/ rays and still no one came to assist me with my visit. So I left and I will make sure that I call my insurance company so that I will not be charged. this is very unacceptable service we're not recommended service to anybody. they are horrible.
