I had read a lot of negative reviews beforehand but decided to give it a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience lived up to those reviews. I encountered multiple rude employees. When I asked a male employee for help, he dismissed me by saying, "I'm busy." At the register, an older white female employee who identified herself as a manager was extremely unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and walked away mid-conversation. She told me that lowering the price would be "taking money away from those who need it," while laughing and chuckling as if this were not a professional work environment. I tried to explain that Goodwill is a nonprofit and that the items are donated to help people in need, but she seemed unwilling or unable to understand that perspective. She refused to adjust the price on donated, used items that were already overpriced. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially for someone who genuinely needed affordable household items. I won't be returning, and I hope management takes customer service and professionalism more seriously--especially when serving vulnerable members of the community.

It was my first time going to this new store, but not returning my money because of the girl talking to the other cashier, she rang up items twice, the Manager even said she identifies herself as a male, what in the hell has that do to her mistakes? I will never go there again. Nothing is organized as small, medium, Large or extra large, plus the shoe's are the same way, it takes hours to shop in an unorganized store with stupid rules and managers telling customers about identity like the girl identified as a male, managers should never speak private information about there worker's. Shoes were dirty and expensive, Goodwill was to help poor people, not Rich people. Very disappointed

I decided to stop and respectfully investigate this small patch of land today and I'm so glad I did. As with most military cemeteries its immaculate and so well designed, every marker placed precisely and in formation like the men and women who served, but now resting here for eternity. This sacred ground is almost filled to capacity and each marker represents a real life that lived and breathed honor, how proud the surviving families must be to have a relative occupy this memorial site. At this time of the year a wreath is place against each marker showing that as decades and centuries pass they are never forgotten.

This cemetery is among the most fascinating: first a Spanish possession marking the boundary of…read morethe old walled city, then later part of a monastery, then occupied by the military. Its history pre-dates Florida becoming a state. The earliest burials here are of soldiers who died during the war with the Seminoles, but with a fair amount later dying of a fever of some kind, at least as far as some of the markers indicated. Those markers on the ground are massive and the inscriptions go into great detail on the person buried there. One of the most striking features of this cemetery are the three pyramids marking the mass burials of soldiers who died during the "Florida-Indian" wars or died elsewhere in the territory and were re-interred here. Surrounding these huge markers are some smaller plain white markers in which are buried Seminole Indian scouts. It's a pretty cemetery. Surrounded by homes, the old buildings of the fort, and less than a block or two from the water, St. Augustine is peaceful. It's smaller than many of the newer military cemeteries. It's an intimate setting. There are a few internments from the 20th and 21st century, which reminded me that despite its historical significance, Saint Augustine is still a national cemetery and still honors the sacrifices of those buried here.

She claimed a volunteer at the store looks up the prices of everything that comes in and this doll was made in Germany and is probably worth at least $20. (Which is why it was tossed in a bottomless pile of other stuffed animals, and not not behind the counter and priced at $20???) When I tried to take the doll back to the bin and look for another...she refused to let me take it!!! (FYI the last doll I bought here cost 25 cents.) She put it behind the counter and said she would put the proper price on it and put it back out on the floor later. Decided to go back for the doll that afternoon, but doll was nowhere to be found, staff looked behind counter, etc. After explaining to the afternoon crew what happened and who was working, they replied "Oh, that's the doll lady, she's into dolls. She took it home." Long story short, I tried to purchase an item the employee at the register decided she wanted for herself. Therefore, she intentionally overpriced it, lied to my face, and kept it for herself. Such behavior is unacceptable on so many levels as far as fairness, customer service, and the fact that this is a charity organization, raising funds with the sale of donated items. As a long time thrift store shopper, and I guarantee other thrift store regulars will agree, what this sales person did was sneaky, unfair, and unethical. Needless to say I will never set foot in this shop again, and encourage others to STAY AWAY!!!
