After one week, my shoes were totally broken by them, the lady told me that her boss will call me, but after two weeks, I still haven't heard from them. Please take the repair out of the services. This cleaner ruined my Oscar dress and refused responsibility saying that the buttons were "old". Owner refused to replace the buttons damaged by the press. The presses flattened the buttons making the dress unwearable. Dry cleaning great but if they make a mistake it's your fault. Off to the tailors to get repaired on my own dime. read more

Best dry cleaner in Sugarland hands down!!! My favorite jacket got vomit all over it and I was almost certain that I had to throw it away. My jacket was far beyond my own capabilities, however I chose to bring it in in a last ditch effort to salvage my favorite jacket. I was told not to expect much, however they cleaned my jacket so thoroughly it looked like it was fresh off the rack. Definitely earned a customer for life, can't recommend these dry cleaners enough. Their skills and price are the best I've encountered and definitely the best in Sugarland! read more

Though this is an excellent cleaners for CLEANING clothes, it is a horrible place to have alterations done. I took a dress in that needed to be shortened three inches. Instead of cutting the fabric and making a regular hem, the seamstress merely turned up the entire three inches of bulky fabric and used too heavy a stitch on the sewing machine. The result is a very noticeable line all around the bottom of the dress. Needless to say, the dress is ruined. I don't believe a professional seamstress did the sewing. I like the people here, but not the alterations department. read more

They did a great job on my clothes but it was extremely expensive. It was double the price of anywhere I've been before.

I've come here for years, and since I started working in Katy, I've started using a cleaner that is closer to the office. I would continue to use River Oaks Cleaners if opened later and the prices a bit lower. The customer service is always great! If you're looking for the cheapest and least expensive, then this probably isn't your favorite. If you're looking for friendly, reliable, and consistent, then this is probably one of your favorite cleaners. Keep up the great work! read more

I have been going here for years also and it is amazing. Other cleaners have destroyed my silk tops but everything I leave here returns in pristine condition. They were able to get a stain out of a silk top that I thought I would have to throw in the garbage. As others have said, their customer service is over the top. In a world of poor to fair customer service being the norm, they knock it out of the park. read more

I use to go here to do my dry clean. It was overall good service , price was in average what I'd normally pay for formal ware and every day work clothes. I made the assumption that since this was a good place for my laundry, that they would do a good job with alterations. I took a brand new formal dress that I bought and was too long for me to wear. The lady who makes the alterations was not there, so someone else helped me to "measure" the cut. She pretty much just placed 1 single pin and said she was done measuring. I was worried to leave it then, because I know that this is not how you measure dress when you will cut all around it. I asked her if she was done, and she said yes. I needed the dress for the next days , so I took a chance and left it there. Boy, was that a mistake. I came back to pick it up, and the work they did was SO BAD, they cut the dress in 3 different lengths, very short in the back, extra long on the side, and short on the front. I tried it on before I left, and expressed to them how unhappy I was about this. They told me to bring back and they would "fix it" I needed it for a wedding the next day that I picked it up from. They charged me, made a 10% discount for the inconvenience, but still, knowing that they did a horrible job and pretty much ruined a new dress, I shouldn't have been charged. Or they should've offered to pay for a new dress or pay to have it fix elsewhere, there they know how to make alterations correctly. Now, I am left with a brand new dress, that I had to pay twice to have it cut and fixed , and now it is too short for me to wear.... Anyways, not coming back here again, not for dry clean and certainly not for alterations. read more

There is a reason this establishment has only 3 reviews - don't believe the hype (3 excellent reviews) like I did. This place is highway robbery. Very first time I used this cleaners one of my blouses was missing a button. The second and LAST time I used them (against my better judgment), I was charged almost $70 for 9 pieces (and none of the pieces were delicate, expensive fabrics either!). I have been using dry cleaning services for over 20 years in 3 different cities - Chicago and DC included - and I have NEVER paid $70 for 9 'everyday work clothing' pieces. When I dropped off the clothing my receipt did not show the total, so I asked the person at the counter about it and was told 'we never know how much it is going to cost b/c of the fabric type, etc. - even though this is not how it went the first time I used them. I should have told them then to give me my ish back, but I didn't think the price would be crazy b/c I had about the same number of pieces to clean the first time I used them. Well, people, they saw me coming and got me good. You know how you feel when you feel like you've been robbed? Well yeah, that's me. I warn you - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! SHADY!!! read more
