My daughters got a manicure and pedicure - great service... staff were gentle and went the extra mile to make my girls feel special. Very nice salon, everyone was friendly and did what I asked for. I went on a Saturday without an appointment since they don't take appts on the weekend. I did end up waiting a while probably about 40 minutes before they got started with me. I wanted a pedicure and acrylic fill. I expected a wait but it was longer than I expected. Overall a good place, but if I'm on a time crunch I will go somewhere else because it is a smaller salon and they can only do so many clients at once. read more

I started coming when they first opened. Rocky and Caitlyn are my favorites! The staff here are worked to the limits. Not sure if the guy at the desk is the owner but he's the worst! We recently went in and he said there as a 20 min wait. My daughter sat with her feet in water waiting for a pedicure for almost 40 min. I made special requests for whom to perform our services and he completely ignored them. Instead of making the situation right he kept asking if i wanted to add other services. Clearly all he cares about is the money and not the satisfaction of his customers. I cancelled my services and now because of this experience I don't think we'll ever come back. I have referred several coworkers, I hope their experience is far better than our most recent. read more

Make sure you have an appointment before you go. They say walk-ins are welcome but you will wait or be asked to return at a certain time. So make an appointment. Not worth a $55.00 pedicure. Nice people...clean... but I didn't pay that much to have to come home & touch up the color & add a top shine coat that the tech didn't do. Didn't notice till I got home that my pedicure looked like the polish was a week old. Second visit here but won't be going back or will refer them :( read more

I've been here before and had a great experience. This time was not good. First, it was overpriced for the little service that came with it. When we came in, we were rushed into our space and it wasn't ready so then they were prepping it all around us. That was uncomfortable. The woman who helped me was so rude. She was almost yelling at me to bend my legs and move my feet. I have bad hips so it takes a minute and so I had to correct her and say "I can't move that fast. Please wait a minute. I have bad hips." Then she was nicer. But! My leg massage was supposed to be 5 min. She put 2:50 on the timer! I thought she was splitting legs or something but nope. That's all she did. And then when my nails were done, I was sent on my way-no time to dry! Just escorted out of my chair and out the door. I am not sitting in my car w my air on to dry them. Not impressed. Been here a couple times as walk-in w family. Greeted immediately, no long wait. Everyone personable and talkative. Mask wearing and sanitizing protocols followed. Services: fills, pedicures and removal. This last visit was assisted by Kenny and he did a great job removing my acrylics, followed by a pedicure and omg those stones were just what my tired calves needed. i had an appointment at 4 for two full sets for me and my friend. i asked for coffin and the shapes aren't even close to that plus most of them arent the same. when putting on the nails, he glued them to my skin. i honestly wouldn't have been upset had he just apologized but he just took it off and readjusted it. he didn't tell me to wash my hands after filing them, he immediately started putting the polish on and then told me to wash my hands AFTER. he continued to file the nails after the color was on. some of the paint is on my fingers and he didn't even clean it up. for as great as the hospitality is and how nice the place is, i would NOT recommend anyone to come here again. only reason i didn't say anything is because they just opened and i didn't wanna embarrass him. i think this place has potential, thanks for the free water :) read more

If you want to be nickel and dimed, then this is the place for you. There is only one person who listens and does nail art. I have been several times-and have only been happy one time. I didn't realize this was a cash only shop. I told the owner never mind I don't have cash. He pointed to the atm inside their shop. I said no and started to leave. He told me it's ok next time you can pay cash. I thought ok that's fair. I get my fill and head to the register. He points at the atm and tells me to get cash. My mouth dropped. I felt like he tricked me to get my business. My bank charges me to use other atms and the machine inside the shop charges a fee. He gives you a $2 discount because that's what the atm inside charges but still my bank will charge me. $48 for a nail fill and one of the nails came off after 4 days. A week later and I'm having to glue another 3 to make them last longer. Save yourself a bad experience. read more

The first time I came here I had an excellent pedicure service and have been back 3 additional times with very poor outcomes. Most recently I had a gel manicure done with the older gentleman at station 4. Within 6 days, half of my nails were peeling and lifting. So I went back and he quickly did them again for me. Well a week later one has already chipped! He must use poor technique as I have never had gel chip like this. Also, the lady who did my pedicure rushed through the service and did a 90 second massage. She was constantly stopping to do other tasks instead of focusing on the massage. I'm sad that I've received such poor service lately as the facility is new and clean. The search for a decent salon continues. read more

The people were nice enough and there were many different levels of pedicures to get, but I was not very happy with my pedicure. She trim the nails and evenly and I had to have her reshape them. She did nothing with my corn and extra skin that could've easily been scrubbed off even though I paid for a higher level package. I like to give new businesses a chance so I went to River Oaks Nails. Rocky was assigned to me & I believe he does not have very much experience. Rocky is young & needs to learn early on about PROFESSIONALISM he is extremely unprofessional as a new client to him I would let him know how I liked my nails whenever I made a comment I could see the scowl on his face and his body language showed his anger at me. Rocky did a terrible job on my nails and insisted on charging me more do to his incompetence. Rocky I'm a big tipper especially now that times are crazy but guess what you blew it. Came here with my sister and husband , we all loved our pedis ! The employees who attended us were all super nice and gentle! My sister got mike and I got Rocky, not sure of the name of the lady who attended my husband but she had flowers in her pony tail and was very nice! I showed up to my apt and waited for 25 mins before they told me someone messed up the appointment and I'd have to wait another hour because the person that was going before me made their appointment that morning!
