He spent less than 40 minutes on the job and when I asked him for an invoice, he refused to provide one claiming he didn't do those and didn't like to have things in writing (keep in mind this is a licensed, bonded, and insured HVAC guy). When I texted him later stating he needed to provide me an invoice, he again stated he did not do those and that our agreement was verbal. When I stated that I had it in writing (text message) that he was refusing to provide me with an invoice for services rendered and I told him I was going to put a stop payment on the transaction he finally replied back a few hours later texting me a picture of a hastily written out invoice (on company letterhead.... ironic from a guy who doesn't ever do things in writing) that 1. I am having trouble reading and 2. was written after the fact and so I don't trust it anyways (not to mention that fact I don't think he took the job seriously to begin with (he has of yet not mailed it to me either). After that, he then responded by cussing me out in text message. This is the type of professionalism and customer service you are getting from this guy. Save your money, like I should have (as of yet he has not refunded anything)
