The mini golf course was run down and didn't look like anyone had tended to it in awhile. There were a lot of leaves and debris on the course. I'd rather drive a little farther and go somewhere else

They made everything smooth and stress-free for us parents -- which is such a gift on a birthday party day! The kids were beyond excited about the glow-in-the-dark monsters, neon lights, and the fun spooky-but-not-scary vibe. Watching their faces light up as they played mini golf under the glowing colors was priceless. They didn't want to leave! It was the perfect mix of fun, energy, and organization. If you're planning a birthday party for your little one, I truly recommend this place. Thank you for helping us create such special memories for our son's big day!

I love mini golf and have previously been to a Monster mini in another location. When my friends…read moresuggested we get together to run the course I was all in. Located inside Factoria Mall, the venue is large, with an arcade and prize game area in front of the mini golf course. My friends eagerly played some games to win novelty toys and tried the cotton candy maker. I played some pinball so if any of this sounds fun in addition to golfing, they have it here. The course as expected has about 16 holes, all with varying lengths, obstacles and angles. It's a lot of fun lining up different putts. The decor has a sort of comedic-horror art with a Washington theme and other mechanical props to add to the fun and ambience. The snag? The same issue I have at most mini golf places, people start to get bunched up behind you because their playing too fast/making their own rules or whatever. Were we playing too slow? Maybe. There were four of us and we played as quickly as we could but alas... Even the staff girl told us we're capped at 5 swings a piece at one point before we need to move on. Needless to say, by the end we had several impatient people waiting behind us. I know this isn't Monsters fault per se, but I repeatedly saw kids just putting the ball near the hole for easy shots to go faster or smaller children crying and jumping random holes out of order. Would love to do it again but perhaps on a weekday or a morning when there is less crowds.

The younger female employee with brown hair was sarcastic and rude instead of calmly and respectfully explaining the rule. The business is extremely rigid with its rules, yet the rules are not clearly posted or explained. There should be clear signage, and customers should be given the benefit of the doubt in a family-friendly setting. The owner has stated on previous reviews that there is "no polite way" to confront someone breaking the rules, which I strongly disagree with. In a family-friendly business, staff should be trained to address issues clearly, respectfully, and without sarcasm or hostility. Unless you want people to start boycotting your business. Even after paying, the attitude continued from their female staff member who was working in the Pro Shop and then we were not allowed to speak with the owner. Mini golf should be fun and welcoming, but this experience was not.

Let me just add this place is not trashy at all so don't think I added that comment hinting it may happen. Moving on to pricing. They offer a military discount, I think I paid like 6 or 7$ a person for a game that lasted about 2 hours, that speaks for itself. Totally worth it and again cheap fun. The employees are always very nice too. We like them guys, so don't go in and be a dick. They also have a ton of options for snack foods and drinks you can purchase. The course, well it's amazing or I wouldn't be leaving a 5 star review. Seriously though it's huge!!!!!!!!!!!! They have a ton of different options and two different courses. The one on the left is hard, on the right is the easy course. I have done both and found them equally fun. I personally like the harder one cause it last longer but the easy one looks super cute so I tried it too. You do have to pay for each course they are not both included in the price I gave you. You do get a little score card, which I love! I'm a super competitive person so it's important for me that everyone I'm with knows just how much I'm kicking their asses. Finally! When you go to leave you can tell them what place everyone won in. They give you these super cute little ribbons, again so you know who's the real winner. I would highly recommend this place for birthday party's or even a cute little date. I always have a good time when I come and will be back at it again this summer.

The staff is not welcoming at all. The young girl at the counter has no customer service. No greetings or salutations. No thanks for coming. Bathrooms are beyond gross. Also, they seemed to of took the ability to leave reviews off of Google.

I honestly can't recommend this place enough. I was completely blown away…read more From the moment we walked in, the level of professionalism and cleanliness stood out, especially for a kids' arcade and activity center. Everything felt well run and thoughtfully managed. One thing that really impressed me as a parent was the staff member monitoring the entrance and exit. He was incredibly attentive. He recognized us, noticed our child, and was clearly keeping track of who was coming and going. Of course, you should always watch your own kids, but having someone that alert adds a huge layer of peace of mind. We used a Groupon, and if you have ever used one, you know it can sometimes be a hassle, but not here. The process was seamless. A staff member radioed ahead for us, and by the time we got to the snack counter, they already knew what to do. No waiting, no confusion. We were set up immediately and on our way. That level of coordination was impressive. Every game we tried was working perfectly, including VR games, which is rare in most arcades. Even smaller details, like all the basketballs being available at the Papa Shot machines, did not go unnoticed. The kids' drop ride was a huge hit with my daughter, and the claw machines, which guarantee a prize, were a fun bonus, especially as a way to end the visit on a high note. The prize center was also well balanced, with reasonable ticket costs and fun options. They had some great games too, like rhythm games and classics, that made it enjoyable for both kids and adults. The real surprise was the food. We ordered pizza expecting typical arcade food, but it exceeded expectations by a mile. It was soft, fresh, and genuinely delicious, easily better than what you would find at places like Chuck E. Cheese. The entire dining area was spotless, which is almost unheard of in venues like this. Tables were clean. Floors were clean. Everything felt cared for. The service continued to impress throughout. Our food came out quickly, and when we finished, the staff handled all the cleanup. We actually went out of our way to find cash just to leave a tip because the service deserved it. We originally came for the full experience, including batting cages, laser tag, go karts, and mini golf, but honestly, even before doing any of that, I can confidently say this place is incredibly well run. Based on everything we experienced, I have no doubt the rest will be just as great. If you are a parent looking for a fun, safe, and well managed place for your kids that you will actually enjoy too, this is it.

There is a dining option available on site and the food/concessions is good for what it is. The age range of kids we saw is all over the place which is good if you have a mixed age group but also, if you're looking for something for a specific age group, you may be out of luck. This place gives Dave and Buster vibes but has both and indoor and outdoor component. You can earn tickets to redeem for items and I was quite surprised about how big of a venue was here. It was rainy and we stay indoors so I can't really comment on the outdoor components. Overall, I'd come back but it's not my "go-to" for indoor gaming/food activity.

I've been to this store before to get balls, gloves, and other small items. (They have a decent amount of women's clothing, and there's usually a sale or clearance rack!!) The staff has always been helpful, so I thought it would be a good place for my first ever fitting. Setting up an appointment online was easy; I booked for the very next day with John Duma. I was feeling nervous about the fitting because I didn't know what to expect, but John was super supportive and kind; I felt at ease right away. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the club specs and current technology, and he was spot-on with his recommendations. I brought my old driver as a reference point and ended up hitting 20+ yards further in the simulator with his recs. I also was hitting more consistently because he was giving me tips on my swing, which helped tremendously. I didn't feel pressured to buy, but I did feel encouraged to try everything, which made the whole experience very low-stress and informative. They charge a small fee for fittings, but it can be applied to a purchase within the near future -- so the fitting ends up being free if you find something you like. 10/10 would recommend a fitting with John Duma. I'll certainly be back for an irons fitting next year.
