I was about to spend more money for a new mic which hurt because I was between jobs and this was an expensive and really good Rode mic Someone suggested Absolute Sound the music store. I thought well it is a microphone. So I gave them a shot. They were super friendly and helpful and while I think this particular type of microphone is not what they generally deal with, they took it on. The next day they called that it was ready. When I got there Nick explained exactly what was wrong and what he did to fix it. They took it on, got it fixed and for a fraction of what I was about to spend on a new one. I'll definitely go back to them. They have a really nice selection of music gear too for a small town shop.

I confirmed with PRS customer service that these were on pre-order by all the dealers. So I emailed Rusty Frets on Reverb "So this is not a pre-order? PRS says they have not started shipping these yet.". It is now June 23 2019 and Rusty Frets has not responded. I would avoid these guys.
