Not to mention when the steam room was down for like 6 months, and the sauna is always way too full with nowhere to sit or stand.

However, far too often would they nickel and dime me with extra fees and charges that I rarely only had to pay the $150 we had initially agreed to. They were constantly comping up with ways to charge me for more and more money. The straw that finally broke the camels back was when I politely asked if the technician would place my pool floaties back into the pool when service was complete to prevent them from constantly getting ruined from them being removed and left on the pavement or in planters. The response I got was unacceptable. Instead of agreeing to this small ask I was told the floaties were my responsibility and that they refused to accept my request. Customer service from management was very poor through my experience. On the positive side the technician actually doing the work did a good job of keeping the pool clean and did a good job overall. It is a shame the management was not better. Tons of options in bakersfield for pool service. I recommend looking elsewhere.
