The manager, Sarah Swanlund allowed the perpetrators to continue swimming while my son sat crying on the bench. After speaking to the boys who claimed no fault of their own and in fact blamed my much smaller, younger son of assaulting them, didn't bother asking my son for his side of the story. My son complained to me of difficulties moving his jaw and headache. I ended up taking my son to urgent care and filing a complaint with law enforcement. Mary Swanlund did nothing to protect my child and when asked to do the very least by escorting the kids off the premises, she decided to smirk and smile condescendingly, blinking her eyes without saying a word. As we were leaving, I did see the two boys laughing at my son still crying and talking about how annoyed they were that my son wanted to play with them.

The pool is large and clean - the absolute priority when it comes to pools! But the best part is that it's nicely landscaped with plenty of seating areas and picnic spots. Most of the patrons were elderly couples (swimming in the mornings) or young family's during the day. No riff-raff or rowdy folks. There is security here often, which is nice. So I had been off away from this gym for six weeks because I had back surgery and I come back and…read morenow they don't have any towels because the towel machine is broken. I come to work out on Saturday morning and then I go to work right after afterwards I need to take a shower. Whether it's there's no soap in the handicap shower or the shower is broken or there's no towels. This gym is just ridiculous. It's always so hard just to take a shower here for one reason or another and I pay for this. I will say this again the only reason why I come here is for one person's class and that is Airica's class. If she didn't teach her, I wouldn't come here at all. And instead of getting a towel service like I do at the hair salon when we have no towels, They're just gonna keep charging people for it and dwindling down their amenities. They already did that at all the other locations. It's just that I don't need to shower at the other locations when my work schedule is different. It would just be nice to get an email or a notification saying what is broken before we get here in the morning. Because of course, I have my own towels at home. I could've simply brought one. Just no educated solutions here. Just excuses.
