Chandor Gardens are 3.5 acres filled with ancient Chinese architecture and resemblances of an English garden. They have a lit area under the trees for cocktail hour and the reception took place inside the barn. It's everything you'd want in a barn wedding, wood details, barn doors, antique furniture. The venue is small yet warm and inviting. The backyard is a decent size. They have a restroom, kitchen and an upstairs at the venue. The appetizers and desserts were yummy and I enjoyed the live music. Being able to hear one of the volunteers who used to be in the foster care system share her story of overcoming adversity was inspiring. I look forward to attending another event at this venue in the future.

There was a few rockers on the front porch and a fire pit with more seating not too far away. We spent most of the day in a community room with full kitchen, bathrooms and a bar area. It was a great space for our group. Lots of parking outside and lots of things to do outside as well. The place was clean and welcoming. There were several houses that you can rent as well, instead of having twin sized beds. Beautiful place!

When I booked, I was told the officer requirement would be at the manager's discretion. I communicated multiple times that my event would end by 6 PM. However, I was still required to pay for an officer through 10 PM, even though the event ended much earlier. While I understand policies are in place, this was unexpected and felt unfair based on prior communication. One policy to be aware of is that open flames are not allowed. I was able to adjust without issue, but it's something to plan for ahead of time. Overall, the space itself is nice, but I strongly recommend getting clear, written confirmation of all fees, policies, and requirements before booking to avoid surprises.
