The last time we went, they told my daughter she had four cavities and I wasn't feeling confident about that so I went to get a second opinion. I was turned onto this place with high recommendations. The person who I originally went to see has left the practice, the new person is Dr. Christina Lynn, DMD. I feel that she is a very honest Dentist. Today was my first visit with her. I went in for my six month cleaning with Eric who is the dental hygienist and then Dr. Lynn came in to give me my exam. She was awesome, everyone there from Ashley who answers the phone, to Eric who cleaned my teeth, to Dr. Lynn who did my exams, everything was wonderful. Hi head set up appointments with my entire family on different days to get their teeth cleaned and other dental things done that was going on. I feel confident that Dr. Lin knows what she is doing. I WOULD recommend this place.

To start, the cleaning was thorough and I much appreciated the hygienist (even though she made comments about my mouth and teeth the whole time). I have never had a cavity in my 37 years of life. I also have never flossed. Yet, I bite the inside of my mouth when I'm stressed, and suddenly, I have 3 cavities that he needs to fill. Then, the dentist asked my husband for legal guardian papers for his biological daughter. We also got multiple letters in the mail begging us to come back to maximize our dental benefits. Disgusting that I had to make numerous calls and physically drive there to attempt to get them to BILL the correct Policy (also Met Life) $395 is a lot of money to me. Jankovic is so gentle with my mouth and so careful not to cause any pain (as I have really bad anxiety). She had worked on my father years back and eventually myself when I decided to start back getting dental work. I stopped going after she had fixed my problem because I was so busy and other issues with my body had to be addressed and had no longer any reason to go back until several years later, which is now, I started having trouble with my teeth (my fault). I searched and searched looking for dentists as she had moved from old location. I reviewed customers reviews on several dentists as I really had to fix my teeth. Finally!! This practice used to be something special, but has slowly changed and I can no longer recommend it, which is unfortunate. I reiterate, though, I don't actually believe it has anything to do with either of the Carlson doctors, they are wonderful. The office staff, on the other hand, is not easy to work with, places blame on patients, and will pushback and not take ownership over seemingly simple conflicts. After years of going to this office without issue, I was offensively chastised by the practice because of an out-of-network insurance issue. Yes, it should have been my responsibility to update the office with insurance information, but their so called "courtesy" of reviewing patient files and proactively working with patients is non-existent and they will defend their stance tooth-and-nail. They had no problem seeing me for a cleaning, they also had no problem informing me after the appointment that my insurance had expired. If you go to this practice, you better be sure to have all of your ducks in a row otherwise you are going to be blindsided.

I had to cancel an appointment 48 hours in advance and got lectured about them needing more time, only for their rescheduled appointment to be cancelled last minute on their end due to staffing issues. Look elsewhere for your dental needs.
