They came out and claimed they fixed the issue. This was not the case. So we had a follow up visit which was again about a month away. That appt was canceled by the tech without our approval and then pushed out another month which is today. May 22. And this tech demands that we pay another $100 deductible and will not wait until we get the problem corrected with the home warranty company. So he just left. We are still without a dishwasher and likely now they wont be back until mid to late June and thats unacceptable.
