We were selling an older house and needed to get in new appliances quickly. They helped in picking our the right units that could be delivered on our tight time schedule. Learned one item we tried to order from Lowes was on 6 month back order; another was a discontinued item!! In any event, they handled our needs and committed to delivery within 2 weeks except for one item (which ended up arriving in just 17 days.) Communicated with us every step of the way; coordinated with our installer well and more. Highly recommend them; service was top rate and prices were within 3% of Lowes prices. Next time we need applicances won't go anywhere else.

He phoned to ensure everything was clear, and I gave him my card no. The quote was more than reasonable (I had searched other sites!) By Sat at 11, the microwave had arrived, was installed, and the job finished! The installers were efficient and delightful to deal with! Had a service call to fix an issue with refrigerator in which they said refrigerator was operating…read morenormally, only to come down to the property about a week later, find out the refrigerator was not. No diagnostics done expecpt a visual. In 10 seconds, through the door panel pad we were able to diagnose it with an E01 code, which means ice maker issue, which could lead to other issues and also, irregular temperatures in the refrigerator. Called for service again.They said they would be out in the morning of the next day, only to get a text message from the A I robot telling me my appointment was canceled, and I was rescheduled on monday, which we were not going to be there. It was very hard to raise someone in the service department, and by the time they got back to you it was usually the end of the day. We ended up buying a new refrigerator because our whirlpool, that was only four years old, was demonstrating an issue that could lead to further costs. Totally not impressed with whirlpool, and will never buy again.When asked if the sales department could help us possibly on the price, they basically just said no, there was nothing they could do.They did not even offer to see if their manager would do something for us. I like the prices, got a good novel that was $30 originally for $5. They should organize them by publisher (DC, marvel, vertigo, image comics, etc). But unfortunately it was chaotic and unorganized. I know customers can mess up the books but they can have at least one worker in charge of book organizing. I love the deals on the energy drinks I got before. Like the reign and toxic waste energy drinks. I do wish their site and app would allow for buying books and other products online, but over all aside from the books issues I like Ollie's and their worker's are very friendly from my experience.
