Nurses and doctors are amazing specially Dr Golabek, she is so polite and careful, I have white coat symptoms and high blood pleasure, that going to the doctor gives me anxiety, but they always make you feel like home. The big complain I have it's with the receptionists or front desk, the short hair and long hair girls that where today Friday may 7, 2021 at the morning are always rude, not polite at all and like they hate their jobs, I had an appointment today and had a bad time with one, that my blood pressure went very high and my heart felt accelerate, I mean I can be sick and get sicker just from the front desk that instead of feeling welcome they make me feel that I'm not. read more

In 2017 Riverside Medical group, which grew huge in 20 years in NJ, was bought out by a National insurance carrier. Not disclosing the name for personal liability reasons. The service and medical competency is erratic. I do not recommend this practice to any individual who cares about their family health. This morning 8:25am on a Saturday I went with my husband for his Wellness visit. We were the second patient. We got thee they had such a SNALL room I had to squat and sit on my bottom in the room. If my child was sick I would of been more furious. I asked the medical assistant, they cut back so no 'licensed' medical staff except the one seems patients on weekends, if there was a room were I could sit. Since we were the 2nd patient. She said yes but didn't move us. I'm 58 and my kegs were killing me! Then she told us our Md was not that morning. The practice is run horribly even the staff know it. My husband & I actually work at hospitals in NYC and for us to write a negative review is really big. We took off and drove to the primary location to see a Md. Medicine is a business. Our insurance pays the sane fir a visit whether it's Md or NP. But the level of experience and knowledge is paramount and vastly different. read more

I had a full physical and then by 9:00am I was getting my lab work done and was out the door by 9:30am Dr Bagal was great let me ask ask questions and we'll as answer his questions.... Used Riverside twice this year and I'm happy I did. Nurses are skilled and competent. Front desk workers are polite and attentive. I waited in my car and was called in when they were ready for me. Gets busy on the weekend, so I would recommend scheduling an appointment early and being prepared to wait for a little bit if you do. They also use an e-charting website which is a pain to access, but is helpful once you get into it. read more

I think this facility is amazing. Their staff of Doctors under the supervision of Dr. M. Weiner are all amazing. Recently I had a major surgery and afterwards had severe complications. I was cared for by Dr. Golabek who was the most comforting and compassionate physician I have met in a long time. Me being a person who doesn't put my well-being first. Dr. Golabek was persistent and followed up each day after my initial visit. Thanks to her persistence I finally went back to ER and averted any further damage. Dr. Golabek's direction of care is bringing me back to health. I highly recommend the facility and more so Dr. Golabek. read more

I originally started in Hackensack (in first street with dr August) than I when she moved to Ridgewood I than went to (dr Mona) both Mona and August are great doctors. The thing that stopped me from going to the Maywood office was the STAFF. They are beyond nasty, they always have an attitude and they are never in a good mood. BESIDES NICOLE!! ( I love her) They just make you have a bad day, bad enough you're going there for a sick visit. They are very unprofessional. You come to check in for an appointment they don't great you or do anything too make you feel like the phone says "our family is your family" Just this passed week I've been feeling sick, throat and nose have been bothering me. I was going to go to med express a mini clinic. But than I said why would I go to a med express when I have great insurance, so I said to myself I'll make an appointment in saddle brook. I made the appointment in saddle brook and I said well I hope this won't be such a bad ride. I go into saddle brook and the first thing I see if two girls sitting at the desk. The lady that helped name was Jasmine. She was very nice and helpful. She checked me on right away and made small conversation with me. And most of all she greeted me with a smile. I got called in by the nurse, she asked me what brought me in and waited on me, and had nothing but time I WASNT RUSHED. She completed everything and I waited on the dr to come in. Dr. Hasan a older man, very nice, patient, and caring. He treated me as if I was his patient for years and it was my first time there. He made me feel very comfortable. After I exited the room, jasmine was sitting at the Check out station-she had given me my referral. And told me if I had any questions to ask her for help. I love this office, it was my second time going and I have officially made them my primary doctor. The staff is super friendly and go beyond to help you. One of the girls in the front, her name is Jasmine. She is really nice and I had a question and she answered thoroughly and efficient and made sure everything was fine with my insurance so I wont get wrongly billed. I had left my previous doctors office because I kept receiving bills when I always paid my copays, but that is not the case with Riverside and I am so happy. we have been coming here for the past 8 almost 9 years with our daughters! Dr. Bruno has always been fabulous and continues to be but the biggest mistake was becoming part of riverside medical. whenever my wife or i call there is always an issue. when we request paperwork from them it takes multiple phone calls and constant follow up on our part for them to do their job. My wife and i have been looking for other pediatricians in the area but haven't found any that compare to Dr Bruno. Although we love our Dr. Bruno we can't stand the rudeness and attitude from the from desk all the way up to the office manager. Riverside Group completely ruined this office and others affiliated with them in which we have been too. Suck a disappointment in medical services. read more

Everything from getting documents filled out for Graduate school to booking dozens of appointments for me, at the last minute, with no hassle at all, are reasons why I'll always come back. He truly cares about each & every one of his patients & takes his time in order to give a proper diagnosis; I wish more doctors were like him. I have gone here several times. In the beginning things seems to go very well. However, most recently they have been over booking and as a result people are waiting 1-2hrs to see a doctor. There is no sense of urgency anymore. I took a Urine test and long behold they lost the records. This place has become such an dysfunctional organization including the one in Maywood. I have been to both. Also, the staff is not apologetic and if they come across a tough situation they simply will not respond as if they didnt hear you. Horrible customer service! If I were you I would look for a professional center that will actually properly follow through and handle you with care. This is not a place I will be going to in the future. She did Not answer my questions had a genuis idea to follow up with my doctor And forced me to do a follow up call with her ,which was their routine according to her, and was then charged almost $700 for 3 two min call i had with her. We were borderline frantic as my husbands condition seemed to worsen.Due to the covid19 outbreaks, the offices are only offering on line visits which I totally understand.Somehow our appointment was cancelled due to a computer glitch and we were not notified. We waited all day for a callback from their office and decided to call. Understandably so, there was a long wait to speak to a staff member. In this case, the wait was well worth it. Our prayers were answered when I spoke to James. He checked our records and deduced there indeed was a miscommunication and was able to fit us in to see a doctor online! He was professional, reassuring and came through. James, if you see this, please know how much your efforts were appreciated! I've been a local patient forever, even before Riverside became Riverside and in almost 10 years I finally got to see Dr. Wiener himself! :) I've been through quite a few nurse practitioners during my visitis here lately..they kind of "practice" like their job title and then split somewhere else. I have been treated by this practice several times. Dr. Weiner is an excellent doctor and has diagnosed me appropriately . He has a great bedside manner and asks all the right questions while being a good listener. The staff there are very kind and friendly, especially Iyana who is one of the receptionist there who always assists and seems highly concerned regarding all the patients there. My husband and I have been going to this office for 10 years plus. We went in for our yearly physical and they sent my husband a bill for that visit and then they asked me to come back to go over my blood-work and did not inform me that it is considered a sick visit not a follow-up visit of the physical, then they are telling me that she has written down that she told me all these different things about my blood-work but she did not. they wont even do anything to help me out with the bill they truly do not care about the patients they only care about their pockets. We also had out blood-work done there and did not approve anything extra and are receiving a bill for that also and they say they have no control over that when it was done in the exact same office i did not have to leave the office to go to another room I didn't even have to go through the waiting room to get to the blood-work and the lab only does the blood-work that the doctor requests yet they have no control over that they tried to tell me so my free yearly physical is going to cost me money. then people wonder why they avoid doctors what happen to the vow they take to look out for the patient seems like the patient is their bank account not our health. I have been a member of Riverside Medical Group for a year now but more recently have moved my doctor to the Saddlebrook office. I must say compared to it's Rutherford location it's like Night and Day. Dr. Weiner and his staff are courteous, accommodating, responsible and so sweet and have gone out of their way to not only welcome me and make me comfortable as a patient and customer but have just done their job, and with a smile and excellent customer service. I would recommend Dr.Weiner and his staff to anyone who's looking for a great doctor because in this day and age it's hard to find. Their office manager Amal in particular, has been a great asset in my getting the care I need. In my experience, most doctors nowadays want to treat the symptom without finding out the cause and are quick to prescribe unnecessary tests and medications but Dr. Weiner listens, examines and is determined to get to the cause of the problem rather then mask it's symptoms. read more

I came in here on behalf of my mother, who has been a long time patient of Dr. Wiener. The staff here are very rude. I had a question regarding a bill a few days ago and was told to call billing before I could even explain the situation. They were too busy talking amongst themselves about personal issues to help me with mine. When I asked to speak to a manager, was told she wasn't in. I saw the manager walk past me a few minutes after. I will be looking for another doctor for my mother. They're not professional here. The last thing I want to hear is someone's personal life being discussed while patients are in front of you. It is not appropriate and I will not have my mother continue to come into a practice where patients aren't top priority. read more
