I started using them to rent one house about four years ago. Now, they are handling three rentals for me. Before I ever did business with them, I called Brandi Weller to obtain a reference on a prospective tenant. I left a message and Brandi returned my call promptly and provided the information I was seeking. In addition, she send me a follow-up card suggesting their services should I need them. At the time, I was using someone else for four rentals and was not happy with them. I have had very bad experiences with these services that included fraudulent bills and work, poor service to tenants, and worse of all poor service and communications with me. During that time, I terminated the service with one company and then another of three rentals with another. I wanted to give Riverside Property Management a try with one rental first. This trial lasted almost a year before I moved two more properties to them. I could not be any happier with Brandi and the company's staff. I texted Brandi one Saturday when I received a call from a tenant concerning a water leak, and she called me immediately with advice and what to do. I would have saved a lot of aggravation, headaches, and expenses had I known about them instead of dealing with less responsible companies. Often times, one recognizes the value provided when there are problems, and I can tell you about an important one... tenants not paying their rents. Since Brandi took over, tenants have been paying their rents, sometimes late but with a service charge, which I have never collected from a tenant, When Brandi asked me to write a review, I was more than happy to do that with this being the second Yelp review I have ever written. I volunteered to her that I would give her a six star rating to express my satisfaction and appreciation for what she and Riverside Property Management have done for me. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I found myself in a bind again, with disreputable tenants. Leaving without paying and ultimately leaving a house trashed and yard with trash and cars. I called due to seeing previous YELP reviews from satisfied clients. Ana Salgado has managed this from the start, she is a true professional, she organized repairs and property clean-up so quickly it made my head spin. Much of this while I was out of state tending an ill mother. Ana kept me apprised of every move she made. Each item she suggested was practical and approved by me. She upgraded this rental into a showplace. When she sent pictures I could not believe it. She rented it on her second showing. I moved into my duplex in 2015 through Riverside Property Management. Misty was so kind to me as accepting me in as a tenant and very prompt into moving me into there property. I was completely blessed to have Riverside Property Management as my property overseer. Wonderful! I'm writing an honest review about my experience with RIVPM, but specifically, Sondra Rose. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and responsive throughout my approval process for the apartment I applied for. I was in a stressful situation, as I desperately needed to find a place within two weeks because I recently secured a job in the San Bernardino area. Sondra made it happen! Her customer service is top notch. She would call and text me with pertinent updates and was communicative as to what I needed to make my application look stellar. We hired them for our large commercial property in Riverside after the previous PM neglected the place (leaving thousands of dollars of overdue maintenance issues piling up) for years. This property management team is way better than 5 starts. I primarily only deal with ESPY and Brandi. When something needs to be addressed they are quick to respond and communicate with me. I have had many property managers in the past, and this one is by far the best.
