A happy hour always helps. The food can get pricy but there's a few things at okay prices. Coming here was actually kind of hard because of where it actually is. It's kind of hidden from the main road. There's only one way to get in here and you have to make the correct turns. Has a bar with a good amount of seats at it. Rest of the inside has plenty of tables. It's $7 for cocktail specials at happy hour. The best one of these we got was the Caramel Harvest Spritz. Has a sweetness to it. This is made with apple cider, soda, and Wheatley vodka. It's $14 for the B.Y.O.B. Burger. We added $1 more to get the veggie patty. Looks a lot like a typical burger. These come with a side such as fries. Have to say it turned out pretty good actually. It's closed Mondays. There's another location in Westmont.

While it's not overly fancy, more of an elevated bar-food concept, it still exceeded all of my expectations. They've also done an incredible job remodeling the space that used to be Prohibition. The ambiance is warm and welcoming while still feeling cozy and refined. The drinks are fantastic & honestly, I'd come here just for cocktails and appetizers with friends. My group ordered an Old Fashioned, a Manhattan, and I went with the Golden Cider, which was like a fall-inspired Moscow Mule. We all loved our drinks and would definitely order them again. For an appetizer, we shared the mussels (a family favorite). The portion size was impressive & easily more than what you get at most places & the sauce was absolutely delicious. The accompanying bread complemented it perfectly. I'd absolutely reorder this. For my meal, I went with the Shrimp Po'Boy since it's not something you often see around here, while the others in my party tried the Wagyu burger and loved it. The shrimp on my sandwich were perfectly battered and fried, and the sandwich itself was enormous with great flavor and portion size all around. Service was great as well; our waitress was friendly and attentive, and we had a wonderful overall experience. I'm genuinely so happy that Oswego finally has a solid local dining option. I highly recommend checking out Neat Kitchen whether for a casual dinner, a night out with friends, or just drinks and apps, it's a fantastic addition to the area. I wish I did a better job at taking photos but we were all so hungry and excited that I forgot lol

This was my first time there and I am surprised I haven't heard more people talking about it. I stopped in a little after 9:30pm to meet up with the rest of the group of 6 on a Saturday night. I didn't realize until I got there that my cousin's cousin who is a friend was actually bartending so that was a nice surprise because he's got a lot of experience. Our server was really nice and came up to our high top as I was looking over the drink menu to let me know that the kitchen would be closing soon in case we wanted to order any food but we had all already eaten. I do kind of wish that I had looked over the food menu though because some of the last plates I saw being served for the night looked pretty good. Both the server and our friend did a great job of checking in throughout the night with our party and the others. This was the same night as the Pride Celebration in Aurora that was literally just outside on Stolp Ave but it wasn't very busy for a while but a good amount of people trickled in for a nightcap after the show at the Paramount let out. The 2 drinks I had were really good. The first one was the featured cocktail: Naughty Nellie's Nectar which was a great Tiki-esque drink with spiced rum and bitters mixed with various fruit juices including passion fruit, guava, pineapple, and lime. It was right up my alley so I was a little sad when I went for a second one and the bartender said that they had run out of some of the ingredients but that he would make me the other drink on the menu that's similar, the Twilight Tixi. I liked that one a lot too. What really made the night great though was the chill and relaxing ambiance of the space. The nice lighting gave the mood of a mix between lounge, restaurant and bar. The music was good and although they had the TV above the bar playing the last game of the NBA finals it was not the focal point. I'm looking forward to more fun nights at Arthouse in the future.

So delicious. I'd say the steak could have used a little more of a crust but overall was still really yummy. The service is always wonderful, tonight Poncho was working and he always remembers my drink and makes my friends feel welcome. If you haven't been before the ambiance is really great. I challenged you go to in and find a new bad you haven't heard of, or count all the ones you recognize in the decor. I also really love the Arthouse Salad

I appreciated they allowed a special meal for the MOB who is a vegetarian. It does take a few days for response time - BUT, I always got a response. And she was always willing to give us everything we asked for! The venue even let us in earlier than requested to set up our decor. We would definitely recommend this venue for a bridal/baby shower or birthday party - any special event that is smaller in numbers. The venue has been advertising a new addition to the space next to building but it seems the construction has haulted. It is a shame because it is a bit of an eyesore - BUT, if they complete this addition, it will be beautiful. Hope they are able to complete it. So I thought we were all set. Our reservation was for 6:00, and we arrived at 5:54. We were told to wait until six, which was perfectly fine. Six o'clock rolls around and we're told they're still cleaning the table. Okay, we wait. Then we wait. And wait. Thirty minutes later, we find out the people who had the table STILL hadn't even left. Baby...what exactly were we reserving three weeks ago, a future dream? They offered us a complimentary appetizer, which I appreciate in theory, but when you've got a party of eight waiting 40 minutes past their reservation time, I'm not really looking for the cheapest appetizer on the menu. I'm looking for the table I reserved. Eventually, we were seated, and thank GOD for our server Alexis B, because they completely turned the experience around. Funny, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and genuinely one of the best servers I've ever had. If I could give them five stars separately, I would. They made us feel welcome and somehow kept the whole table laughing after that rocky start. The food had some hits and misses. The crab cake was a little too spicy for my taste, although the rest of the table enjoyed it. The mini sliders, however? DELICIOUS. That buttery, well seasoned bun was doing exactly what it needed to do. Then came my Entourage burger, and baby...THAT burger understood the assignment. It was absolutely packed with flavor. So good that I practically inhaled it. My server even asked if I wanted another one because apparently I ate it fast enough to qualify for a second round. Unfortunately, the management situation left a lot to be desired. After the issues getting our table, the managers seemed to keep watching our group throughout the night. If you're going to stare, baby, at least commit to the performance! It made an already awkward situation feel even more uncomfortable. Honestly, my server Alexis B, was the ONLY reason this experience ended on a positive note. They were so charming and personable that by the end, they felt more like a friend than a server. I'm genuinely going to miss them. The food was good, and that burger was fantastic, but a three-week reservation should not turn into a 40 minute wait with a party of eight standing around wondering when they're going to eat. So unfortunately, I'm leaving with two stars. The food gave me reasons to come back, but the reservation experience and management gave me reasons to stay home. And to my server: you were the star of the night. Protect this person at all costs.

Another great find that was right under my nose thanks to a recommendation from my brother and his…read morewife. Have passed by George's for years but never thought to check it out but now I know that it is a great diner. We went in on a Saturday a little after 11:30am and were pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate our big group of 14 all together even though they had a decent amount of people already in the restaurant. We really thought we were going to have to be in a couple of different booths but they put a couple of tables together so that we could all sit together. I got to a see a great mix of food orders thanks to being in such a big group and everyone enjoyed all of their choices as far as I could tell. We had a sampling of breakfast plates, skillets, mini waffles, pancakes, chilaquiles and even a hamburger. I went with the Two Eggs Your Way with hash browns, bacon, and toast. It was a nice breakfast spread with perfectly cooked eggs and bacon. Our server was amazing from start to finish along with the rest of the staff who were patient and kind even though a few people in our party were running behind and we had several kids with us. The welcoming and easygoing vibe of the restaurant made it easy to see why my sister-in-law comes so often for big family meals and why my brother has become a fan too.

They do tend to get really busy on the weekends and even then the service never fails. They have very attentive staff that treats you nicely. Their coffee is always hot and food is cooked to order. I love their Nutella crepes though I do have to take my own walnuts because that's one thing they don't carry.
