How can one person get the basics and the next get all the additions they paid for? The conveyor never slowed or sped up so how do you know you're getting what you paid for? Doesn't make sense. I won't use Tommy's Express Wash again for these reasons: expensive, poor undercarriage wash, questionable method of getting what I paid for, back of car was still dirty after wash was completed and wheel wells also dirty, as if no water actually cleaned that area.

I asked what kind of issues, this was supposed to be free. The clerk put her hand up to my face and said she was trying to figure it out. I then told her that rule number one in customer service is you don't put your hand up to your customer face. ( No as a customer, I do not talk to the hand). Got her name, manager allegedly not there in the middle of the afternoon, and left.

If you wish to pay cash you have to go inside and pay in advance. If I want to fill up my gas tank how the hell am I supposed to know how much to tell them I want? I did a fair amount of additional research and then went to Olson. They provided four great options. All would need to be ordered and would arrive within 3-4 days. I also went to a big chain tire store. The chain provided two of the same options that Olson had. Olson was way less than the dealer (of course) and their price for the exact same tire was less than the chain tire store, as well. Brought the car in today. Received a loaner. They found an issue with the tire pressure monitor (which has been an issue with my car). They diagnosed it and tried a couple of things. It appears to be fixed. The diagnosis and "fix" did not cost a thing. The best place in Wausau for tires and auto service. Also, their body shop is top notch!

The employee I encountered was so rude. I was pumping gas and entered my pin for debit. The pump…read morespits out a receipt that says see cashier. I go inside and she looks at me and says "pin error? Like the sign says that's at eye level in order to pump gas you have to hit bypass pin." Very rudely points to where the button would be. I go back out and THE SMALLEST PIECE OF PAPER taped to the pump tells you you need to bypass the pin in order for it to work. Just irritating when people are rude for no reason. SUGGESTIONS: fix your pumps? Make a bigger sign closer to where customers are looking? Be understanding when people come in after getting a message that says "SEE CASHIER"
