The room is a little smaller than some of the ones we have slept in. The breakfast isn't that great but not too bad either. My son really likes the fruit..also I like that there is warm food etc. I do think the pool and jacuzzi is really great..however the pool is a little colder than I like and weirdly shaped but it is not bad at all. I love that they have a jacuzzi.

Asked for a quiet room not near elevator or ice machine - was given a cheaper room near the elevator and ice machine with a flooding bathroom and was told that was all that was available. Very disappointed especially as a Hilton Honors guest - very surprised Hilton allows this to happen. Also hotel is smoke free however the lobby and elevators reeked of smoke due to front desk staff chain smoking right outside the front door (leaving no one at the front desk). We have stayed at this hotel many times before and never had any issues - there must be new management/staff. Be careful and think twice about staying here. Deceitful staff with a condescending attitude - not a great role model for Hilton. Stay away.

Have stayed here about 4 times over the past few years visiting our children at summer camp. The owners, Janet and Doug, are wonderfully friendly and charming folks who I have really enjoyed getting to know. Their home is a lovely old farm house with a great deal of charm; lots of antiques, some low ceilings, creaky floors, antique locks on the doors, etc. The rooms are small, but comfortable. You'll find a few cob webs and a little dust, but this is a trifle. Janet makes a cooked-to-order breakfast often asking what you'd like the night before. She is an excellent cook. The best part of a visit to the Inn is the idyllic backyard (see photo) which is immaculately kept and is stunningly beautiful. It is quite relaxing and serene. Sit and listen to to the quiet. Once you sit down and take in the view, you do not want to move. There is also a screened-in porch for those wishing to avoid the sun and flying annoyances. The property also has access to a nearby pond which is a short walk via a path through the woods across the street. Canoeing and rowing is possible, or simply sit and take in the water view and others enjoying the lake. The Meadow Farm Bed and Breakfast is a lovely oasis.

Not huge but they seem to manage and the food was prepared quickly. It was Sunday brunch. Great options. Staff was friendly and the meal was great. Glad we stopped by. My friend loves the supper rolls, so we started there and I got a cup of clam chowder. The portions were big and the chowder was a great flavor and consistency - not too thick or too runny. The drinks we ordered were also really good. I made the mistake of getting a regular espresso martini and my friend got the special one with the horchata. I tasted hers and immediately hated myself because it was so good! I had a really well made rye manhattan afterwards - that guy can mix a great drink! And, the cocktail glasses were so classy! 1 star was removed because I ordered the mussels as my entrée and they came out when I was barely halfway into my soup. That is a big pet peeve of mine as I like to finish my appetizer, sit for a few minutes, and then go to the main course. I don't love it when the main is sitting there getting cold as I'm trying to finish my first course. For that reason, I sent them back. They looked great, so I would really like to go back at some point and try them. The restaurant was really good overall, so I definitely want to come back.

I stay here when I come up for work meetings. This is a small motel (drive up and park in front of…read moreyour door) that is now owned by someone other than the ones of the reviews back a couple years. Some of the rooms are dated, yes. But the price reflects that. Other hotels are 2x more expensive. (and not necessarily better!) My room has always been clean. Only once did I have a problem with people around me and that is NOT the motel's fault. Though I do wish they had peepholes in the door (some jerk started banging on my door at 0200...he thought it was someone else's room) and a chain/bar safety lock. Other than that, the water pressure has always been good. The TV has a lot of stations, and the beds have always been very comfortable. Every room has a dorm-sized fridge and microwave as well. I recommend the Rochester Anchorage Inn. Especially if you don't want to spend your kids college fund for one night of rest. :D

Then we finally got there and parked and it seemed like it was going to be nice. We checked in and were handed the key then the guy followed us to our room and air sprayed the entire room which was our second red flag. We moved past it and it continued to seem nice but then we couldn't find a trash can so we had to use the tiny bathroom trash can for all of our trash. We went to take a shower the next morning and the tub was so filthy and gross and cracked on the bottom and we were both uncomfortable with it. There was a few other little things but nothing crazy. We weren't there for most of that day, but then we got back to the hotel that night and went to sleep, and in the middle of the night the person I was staying with got up to go to the bathroom and there were a few HUGE bugs crawling around and out of the tub. When I was booking the hotel it seemed a lot nicer do not fall for the pictures. The bathroom was small the environment was weird and there were a ton of red flags for both of us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.
