The first time I came was about 2 months ago and it was amazing! Private room, hot rocks and great pricing. However I just went again last week and it was awful. The guy made me switch rooms after I got undressed, then he must have been eating something because the whole time he kept a sucking up his spit swallowing very loudly. I felt as if he was going to slobber on me at any moment. Also I asked him to go a bit softer(he was digging a bit too hard) and then after that he barley used any pressure at all. Longest hour of my life. When it came to paying he did even know how to run the machine, and couldn't explain anything to me in English. I have experienced reflexology before so I knew what to expect however this time I chose the one-hour reflexology massage. First off, when I walked in, I noticed the atmosphere was conducive to the wonderfulness you will experience soon, it has a very homey feel. Nice, pretty, clean, and it smelled perfect. Going in today, I had been dealing with a week-long side effect from the chiro visit I had just over a week ago, my pain level has been extreme, with really no relief with all my own fixes. I knew I had to get to a reflexology place and thankfully, because of the reviews I was led to this perfect spot. I got Kerry as my lifesaver. He was amazing, just enough pressure in those very irritated muscles and pressure points, I was in the hurts so good pleasure zone the entire time. I am now on the upside to healing my very hurt body. He cared. Thanks, Kerry, you rock!! Tip: When you go into these sorts of shops, where it is an open room with various chairs and tables along with the private rooms, it is best to whisper or talk as low as possible. I, from experience, can tell you that hearing a loud person just next to you takes away from the zen. Literally worst experience ever! I don't know if night time is better butt during the day was absolutely horrifying. They don't know what they're doing, I went with a friend and for my friend they didn't even touch her neck or her head and the massage therapist said sorry next time. Ask for my massage therapist she was just rubbing on my legs and scratching my head like I was a dog. Then after I understand wiping the oil down with the washcloth, however they wiped what they didn't even massage and tore off this scab I had on my leg from a burn and now it's going to scar. like we went in there looking to get our next massage because we're so stressed , and we come out even more stressed! I'm going to continue to go to the tai massage place, it's 10 more dollars, however you can get naked and it's a full body and they listen to what the problem area is, and focus on it. I went here on a whim tonight and was thankful to get a last minute appointment. The woman at the front was very kind and accommodating. My massage (the middle, 70 minute option) was just ok, though. It started off fine but wasn't consistent. I hate to say it but in my experience, the men just don't do as good of a job as the women. Note to men: "hard" is not the same thing as "rough". Also, using your elbows to massage my shoulder blade doesn't feel great. Bone on bone is actually quite painful. One last tip: yawning incessantly just makes me feel that you're just going through the motions. I can imagine that at 10:00pm you're tired but come on. I might give this place another try based on the reviews but will definitely plan it better and request a woman. read more

The first time I came here was one of the best massages of my life- the therapist knew the perfect pressure and spent the perfect amount of time on each area.. Came back today really needing my shoulders worked on and bought the one hour massage. I think the therapists name was joy- we had a really bad language barrier. She couldn't understand anything I said nor could the guy at the front. I repeated things 5 times and still a blank stare or thought I said something else. This therapist, Joy, was THE WORST. She started out alright but things started to get bad when she spent over 30 minutes giving me the most terrible foot massage I've ever had. I tried asking her to try something else or work on another part.. her response- Major attitude. She listened a little but still was doing the 2 things I told her I wasn't enjoying anymore. The first was grinding her knuckles into the arches of my feet. People who have high arches usually have sensitive arches.. why in the hell would we need repeated knuckles being ground into that area?! The second was endless shin rubbing... Note to all foot therapists who do this- endless stroking on a shin does NOT FEEL GOOD. I tolerated it for as long I could bare and when it just wouldn't stop and started to feel like my skin was rubbing off I asked her to work on my shoulders, which was the area I really came in for. She rolled her eyes, stormed out of the room, said something angry to the guy at the front and came back. WHAT THE F.. Upon return she was rude and so rough it was obvious she meant harm. I was in shock. She turned me over and went straight in with the elbows all over my neck and back. Her pressure switched from light-medium to deep tissue and aggressive after she lost her cool. Excuse me, but I am PAYING for this and if it does not feel good because you suck and politely ask for a different area.. you do what your clients asks. After the brutal shoulders (I did tell her "too hard" once and was completely ignored), she did more aggressive pushing on my lower back, which was already a little sore from a yoga class, and finished it off with some hard and also aggressive slamming on my lower back. She was actually out of breath and said "OK LADY! FINISHED!" I tried to speak to the manager or whoever the guy was at the front.. he understood very little English also. So frustrating!!! You don't have to learn English to live here but you DO if you work in a business that requires it! I paid full price for the massage and wasn't offered a discount. When I didn't tip, the evil therapist looked at it, gave me a dirty look and said "TIP?!" I think the owners name is Cindy but there is no way to contact her so I left a note. Joy needs a serious lesson in massage and also customer service. I was appalled. If you do come here- do not go to Joy. Two stars because the first therapist, who's name I didn't get was incredible. read more

Hands down the most wonderful massage I've gotten in a long time. Took my best friend to get the $25 hr long massage this morning. It's a cross between a massage and chiropractor appointment. Literally every knot and calcium deposit is kneaded out of you. I have a severe issue with my right shoulder always tightening up, and now it has more dexterity than it has in months. My friend's lower back and stomach issues disappeared. We both walked out laughing because of the amount of pain that was no longer present. Nicest ladies you could meet, and my masseuse asked often if the pressure was okay (to get the knots out they will bang you around and put their entire body into kneading if they have to). It was a very quiet and warm place. I couldn't even tell there were other people getting massaged until I was in my room and already started. Will definitely be back! Thank you so much! read more

Massage envy....that's what you should have right now. And I'm not talking about that big corporation, Massage Envy, I'm talking about this amazing spot I found for only $25 an hour! My massage therapist was professional and didn't waste any time dilly dallying like some places I've been to. Some therapists wait over 5 minutes for me to undress and its doesn't take me that long. My hour long massage felt like two hours because they were very efficient with the massage. Loved it and will be back! read more

I've been going here for a couple of years, at least once or twice a month as does my wife, mainly because it's close to our house and the price is reasonable. It's clean enough and does the job, usually. The problem is they rotate staff every couple of months, so just when you find a decent masseuse, they rotate them out to another location (I believe they have 3). Not a bad thing, but when you get a "new" one that doesn't know what he/she's doing or has no strength, you lose. I finally said something to the manager "Cindy" today and she essentially ignored me. I had asked for a "firm" pressure masseuse on the phone and when I got here, and I got a massage suitable for a 90-year old woman. She had promised me deep tissue and it wasn't even close. After 2 years of dealing with Cindy's unwelcoming and ungrateful manner, the chapter is closed for Rivini. I'll drive an extra mile or two to where they appreciate a repeat customer. Cindy, as a business owner, you have some hospitality lessons to take. Good luck to your business. read more

I have been here 4 times now and it is by far the best massage I have ever had. I have been to Burke Williams and a couple other high end places and this place is great. The price is $35 for 70 minutes you can't beat that. I have been to Owen and he is great then I got Judy and I will never go to anyone else but Judy. She is amazing she does it exactly how I want it. They have the other place on Viking way but this one is closer to me and you have private rooms so you can take your shirt off. Love love love this place! Great massage place. I am very pleased with the service there. I decided to get the 60 Minute massage at $40, and I tipped $20 because it was fantastic. Eva was my masseuse and she was great. it was a very deep tissue massage. She really dug in my back and shoulders. She seemed 2 know my problem areas and focused on those. Place is clean and good.
