Horrible smoke shop. They do have a good selection of glass pieces, but not a very good selection of wraps. Beware!!! The wraps are literally 1$, say so on the packaging, but they charge 2.50!!!! Seriously outrageous how they think they can upcharge 150% and people won't notice. If you're going to play the shady game at least put up a sign so people know you're fucking corrupt. Cashier was on the phone the entire time I was trying to get service, didn't put it down once. She just told me to go ahead while talking to whoever she was talking to. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! this shop is horrible I will never go there again I happen to be a black woman and as soon as I walked in the door the clerk behind the desk started to watch me. His eyes followed me all around the store eventually he came up to me and demanded to search my purse. I have never been so outraged in all of my life the only black person in the store and he follows me around and demands to search my purse for no reason. He even threatened to review my actions on the security camera. I invited him to do so but suddenly he claimed that he did not have the security code. I left the store, but came back to confront him with my video phone in hand. He had very little to say with my video going. That tape and my story are now on Facebook and being shared all around the country. He will pay for his racism and ignorance. Avoid this store at all costs! read more

I've been coming to the Park Ave smoke shop since I first moved to Worcester 3 years ago. I recommend it to all my friends who are from out of town or new smokers looking for fun pieces and accessories. We usually come in to look around when we're in the area to see if there's anything new in the shop and also just because it's fun to look around in smoke shops, not an uncommon thing to do in Worcester. We stopped in for a bit after sending out a fax at the UPS right down the street and had the worst experience that has completely tarnished our view of this smoke shop. We do our usual route, starting with looking at the vapes and juices (of which the prices are marked up) and I spent some time looking at smoking accessories. We're heading out of the shop and the clerk (who, like other reviews have mentioned, was on the phone when we came in) tried to berate us for how often we come in and don't buy anything. I bought screens for my pipe here just the other week. Not a big purchase by any means but a purchase nonetheless. I come to this smoke shop pretty often for wraps and cigarettes so my boyfriend and I were not happy with this particular clerk being so rude to us and we will not be coming here anymore, not to look and certainly not to buy. They have the best price for American Spirits in Worcester but I would rather pay the extra dollar at 7-11 for a more pleasant experience. For anyone else in this review section, I recommend House of Vapors on Park Ave and Southwest Smoke Shop on SW Cutoff. The clerks are kind, service is excellent and good prices on quality products! read more

Got a new Luto vape here tonight. Didn't work. Took it apart. E-juice cartridge leaked all over the inside battery and components. Not fixable. Not returnable. Waste of time and money. This has happened at one other location with the Luto vapors. It was my first time at both those locations. I've never had any problems at my normal location. read more

It's OK Pros - Good selection - Convenient to have a physical shop sometimes - Oriental/Indian guy who runs it knows his stuff Cons - Markup is really high: biggest issue with shopping here a lot. I get the need to make a profit (to keep the store operational), but the price increases seem pretty high - a lot of the time you're better off finding a cheaper alternative online (like vapor authority) - Wife. Sometimes the Asian dude's wife is there and she 1. speaks no English, 2. doesn't know the business, and 3. is really rude. they don't stand by their products period. I went there and he even acknowledged I bought the vape mod there (which was a snowwolf wocket for around 40.00$) but his "decision" not to replace it (because it is clearly defective) was that I didn't get it a month ago i got it 1.5 months ago or 2 months ago.which is incorrect. they are the only store I worcester that i know of that sells this mod. He rambled on about something he put on the shelf that I had no idea what he was talking about. he then proceeded to try and fix the broken mod. And since then now it wont even charge anymore! As i knew he shouldn't of tried to even fumble with it. I have only used this mod a few times and it is in pristine condition. the box paperwork all items I have with it all in pristine shape. the funny thing is I go into this shop often and buy a lot of items from there. but now Since I know they don't stand behind their items I'll never go there again. its not even about the money either I just wanted a good place to go to, but this definitely isn't it. He may try and justify this is some way, but there is no justification for it, you treat your customers with care if you want to keep them, simple as that and all for a simple 40.00 mod. luckily there are plently of other (dozens in fact) of smoke shops all around worcester. Purchased a hebe titan 2 vaporizer (cannibis vaporizer), little did i know that the model has a pretty common problem and doesnt work properly.
