OK I want to be fair. The quality of the food, any of it, gets 5 stars. When they first opened, prices were premium but i and 19 others that i told about them who became regulars all agreed they were the best. Now, it has changed. i still must give them 5 stars for quality BUT....they are no longer worth it and must reconsider their pricing strategy....$18 for an excellent little pizza that would not be enough for two to share and almost $30 for a large one that was also wonderful but the taste did not justify giving them the extra money when Middleton has great Pizza!!! I want to patronize but i feel insulted when i feel with every bite that they want to gouge. again.....5s to the food so if you don't mind overpaying you will love it. but a 3 overall in hopes they will change. read more

I have ordered here many times . The last two times were no a good experience. The first time , I ordered through Uber Eats and the Uber driver stole my order . When I called Rizzo's , the person at Rizzo's told me that I was SOL and shouldn't use uber . Rizzo's has no responsibility when the order leaves with an uber and shows that its delivered . Rizzo's said call Uber !! They said next time , order directly from Rizzo's What a joke ! Ever try to call Uber !! Uber should be renamed Uber Eat me !!! We made the trip here for dinner between hockey games today and absolutely loved everything about this place. I could not stop mentioning how clean the place was to my family which is always my biggest concern at places like this. We decided to dine in and picked a large table for the 5 of us. The style of the place inside was very fun and sporty. The workers were very friendly and wonderful. We ordered a kids cheese burger, an açaí bowl, and 2 roast beef sandwiches. All of our food was perfect and delicious. Plenty of food for the 4 of us that were eating. We left feeling full and happy and could not stop talking about the place when we left. We can't wait to go back. The menu was huge and overwhelming but in a good way. I love having options. I wish I took more pics of our food but we dug right in. This restaurant has caught my eye for obvious reasons the last 7 weeks I've drove to field hockey but I finally stopped today to pop in and see if they happen to sell t-shirts. I walked in to be greeted by some of the NICEST PEOPLE who even during opening/setting-up still took the time to deal with my crazy ass asking about t-shirts! I usually only get large pizzas but decided to get a small and the price for a small pizza is insane. The price for a large is also insane (almost $30). My husband and I got the cauliflower crust pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. I also had a side salad that was good. Mostly their business is delivery or carryout, but they have a small area to eat in, which is what we did. Could not accommodate a large eat in party, but a nice friendly atmosphere. Dear George at Rizzo's Middleton, I want to thank you for the cold food, belittling and harassing me in front of your staff days before Christmas. Lets tell the readers how this all started. Thursday, December 23, 2021 We had a credit from another order that items were left out weeks before. Bonnie was kind to provide us with a $15.00 credit for the missing food items. On 12/23/2021 my sister and I ordered. Sam was wonderful taking our order. She said it would be 1 hour. We were okay with that. In fact, we timed it. 6:52PM order (per my phone record). 8:00PM no food. I call at 8:01PM (per my phone record) and was told that my order would take 1 hour to 1/2 hours; I said - but that is not what I was told - told me that the order was on its way and its hot. (fn: we live 10 mins from Rizzo's right on 62) - I called at 8:07PM and 8:15PM. Items arrived: COLD COLD AND COLD - Tortone Pizza was hard as a rock; 2 Roast Beefs, 1, 3 way beef was well done and smushed and the 2nd beef with cheese and mayo which was also well done and smushed. The french fries were stale and old and not even refried! When I call back at 8:18PM and very sweet Sam I asked for the Manager. She put her boss George on the phone. After all the insults and rude comments he hung up on me. That was it...I got into my car to return the food and get my refund. I walk into Rizzo's and greeted by the nice server Sam. I ask to speak to George. He comes out... Tells me that his food is served to order and they way I returned it wasn't the way I received it. (I put it into a bag with handles to bring back - sorry it was on its side), he reiterated how his food was delivered fresh homemade food and I stated it wasn't. I kept requesting my refund. Finally -- asking for the last time , he stated he would not refund me, After he belittled and insulted me even more, I decided to walk out and he begins to scream, come back and get your refund. I left. Minutes later I receive a phone message from Sam stating that I should return to the store for my refund. I returned her call, asked why George didn't call me, and she indicated that If I came back I could get my refund. I refused go back there and be harassed and belittled by an angry person i.e., GEORGE to a paying and loyal customer. She stated she was sorry, and I told her she had no reason to be sorry that George should have called me himself. I told her he has my address .... he can mail me my refund. Okay,,, Wanted to try this place a few times(4) before I reviewed it. The Good: Extremely clean and plenty of staff working. The okay: Pizza is average, nothing bad or great to write about. Would eat again if I was starving. The BAD: The worst portion size I've ever gotten in a sandwich shop. I've ordered the Roast Beef Club which was terrible, dry roast beef, green tomatoes, and very skimpy. The chicken salad itself was good but they put 2 spoonfuls of chicken salad in a sub. If you have to eat here in a pinch,, do it. If you can go to Londis or Nicks in Beverly you'll be much happier with your purchase. I've been here a couple of times now because I try different things and I guess I just wanted to like it. The staff is always friendly and prompt, they are not the problem. In the handful of times I've gone there I've never been impressed with the food. It's below average to average at best. The last thing I got was a roast beef sandwich but it was so tough and stringy I threw half of it away. Beware your wallet! Walked in, I ordered the melanzana pizza. $10.95on the menu at the counter. Rang up at $13.95. When I questioned it, Iwas told the menus were all wrong including the menu board, and that all prices were subject to change. This is not a website that hadn't been updated, or an old take-out menu sitting in my kitchen drawer. This was the menu board in the restaurant. When we called to let them know, the manager said he was too busy to deal with it and for us to call back the next day. He refused to refund the charge. I'm guessing this place may be hit or miss depending what you order. I didn't like the quality of the steak tip meat they use. I won't ever order those again. The cut of meat was cheap but it was marinated well. Pizza was pretty good. Chicken Parm is good. I've had nothing amazing here yet. I live up the street and have only come here a few times. LOVE this place. From their chicken fingers, calzones, subs, YOGURT AND AÇAÍ BOWLS! You can eat healthy here, truly. I almost daily get a smoothie and at the very least am there for something once a day. The place is extremely clean both in appearance and the food. The food is AA grade and it's not overcooked in oil that needs to be changed. You can buy a calzone anywhere aand it's usually all dough.....not here. We order couple of big pizzas, once being a steak and cheese.....full to the brim with some of the best cheesesteak meat I've had in a long time. Everyone is very friendly, they have a fantastic staff and the owner (George and family) are very nice people and would rather patronize a small business.
