Mutz Pizzeria - North Shore's Must-Try Pizza Spot…read more Mutz Pizzeria in Middleton, MA, is the real deal. Run by the TikTok legend himself--Marco the Pizza Man--this spot is a must-visit for any pizza lover. If you've ever caught his TikTok Live, you know how fun it is to watch him make orders in real time, and visiting in person only adds to the experience. We ordered a variety of pizzas to put Mutz to the test: Buffalo Chicken ("Boofalo Chicken")- A solid take on a classic, packed with flavor and just the right amount of kick. You can get blue cheese or ranch on the side to dip it in. Mushroom & Garlic ("Fungi") - My personal favorite because they don't skimp on the garlic--every bite was packed with bold, savory goodness. Sausage & Ricotta - The creamy ricotta balanced the sausage perfectly, making for a rich and indulgent slice. Pizzaman's Favorite (Banana Pepper & Pepperoni) - A genius combo of tangy heat and salty goodness that just works. Each pizza was cooked to perfection--crispy crust, well-balanced toppings, and none of that excessive grease you find on so many North Shore Greek-style pizzas. And the best part? The prices are reasonable: $15 for a cheese pizza and $18 for specialty pies. One unexpected win? The house-made ranch. I'm not usually a big ranch person, but I have to give props--it's fresh and clearly made with care. The ambiance is also a vibe. The pink theme, Post Malone references, and foosball table** give it a cool, laid-back energy. It's a to-go-only spot with no seating, but the open-concept setup lets you see everything happening, which adds to the charm. Mutz Pizzeria delivers on quality, taste, and atmosphere. Marco says it best: More pizza, less drama. And honestly, with pizza this good, that's all you need. Final Ratings: - Food: 9/10 - Ambiance: 7/10 (Cool pink theme, Post Malone, and foosball table, but no seating) - Affordability: 7/10 (Great quality for the price)

My family and I have dined at Teresa's Italian Eatery in Middleton several times over the years,…read moreand we've always had very enjoyable experiences. That's why we were really looking forward to returning for our Easter Sunday meal. To start on a positive note, the service was excellent as always, and we were seated at a lovely table by the window. The appetizers were also very good and set the expectation for another great meal. Unfortunately, things changed when the bread arrived--it was extremely hard and dry, to the point where it was difficult to eat. While that was disappointing, we moved on, hoping it was just a minor issue. When the entrées came out, some dishes--particularly the pasta, fish, and chicken--were good. However, the two meat dishes at our table were a real letdown. The veal Parmesan chop was unusually tough, which is surprising for veal, as it's typically very tender. My prime rib had the same issue--also tough and not what you would expect from that cut of meat. When the owner or manager checked in, I chose not to raise these concerns at the table in front of my guests. But in hindsight, I feel it's important to share this feedback. The quality of the meat, especially for dishes like veal chop and prime rib, should be consistently tender and carefully sourced. We've had some excellent meals here in the past, and we truly enjoy the location, ambiance, and consistently strong service. Because of those positive experiences, we're willing to give it another try. However, we do hope this was just an off meal, as consistency--especially with key ingredients like meat--is important. We'll be back once more, and hopefully, it will reflect the high standards we've come to expect.

I was in the area on business so i decided to try Danvers Pizza and Subs. Husband has celiac and I…read moream lactose intolerant so the menu containing gluten free pizzas, apps, subs and calzones really caught our attention! I had a gluten free pizza with vegan cheese, green pepper and extra sauce. The pizza was good. The crust is great and the vegan cheese they use is good too. My only issue was that there was only a very thin layer of sauce - even with me ordering it with extra sauce. It needed a lot more sauce. The huz got a cheesy crust/stuffed crust style pizza with sausage and pepperoni. After actually not recommending i order this pizza, the guy explained that they take their gluten free calzone dough and use it to make the pizza so they can fold the edge over to contain cheese. It is a different dough/crust than they use for just a regular gluten free pizza. He also stated they did a well-done bake on this dough because it needs it. He also explained that they have separate prep areas for the GF pizzas. We appreciated that they are mindful of this and knowledgeable about their product in this manner. Its funny that I had to talk him into letting me order this pizza. He expressed fear about bad reviews. I explained we are a household used to GF items and its not a problem. Im happy to report that the pizza was very good. He had nothing to worry about with us. Also, when i tell you that the gluten free onion rings were AMAZING, believe me. These were some of the best onion rings ive ever had - gluten free or conventional!! Lastly, I also had a small meatball sub with a regular/conventional roll. This was also good. Overall great menu of conventional and gluten free pizza and subshop items. Gluten free items always cost more so a higher purchase total was expected. The only thing that i would say was unexpectedly pricey was the small conventional meatball sub coming in at $15. That said, loving the wide range of gluten free options and will be back when im in the area again.

We have enjoyed their food as sit in, take out, and for catering when we've had informal gatherings at home. They consistently deliver exceptional quality and service. Over the years, we've ordered just about everything on the menu: pizza, calzones, chicken kabob salads, Greek salads, sandwiches, chicken wings, fries, and countless other favorites. Every single order has been fresh, flavorful, and reliably delicious. Omega has never once missed the mark. In the winter months, their egg‑lemon Greek soup (avgolemono) is my personal lifesaver. As a Greek foodie, I can say with confidence that Omega's avgolemono is one of the best around--comforting, authentic, and better for surviving New England cold than any remedy on earth (and certainly faster and cheaper than a Caribbean getaway). Beyond the food, the owners and staff at Omega Middleton are consistently kind, generous, and committed to making customers feel valued. Their hospitality is genuine, and it shows in every interaction. If you're looking for excellent takeout in Middleton, I wholeheartedly recommend Omega. Standing ovation!!!

There are even a couple of bistro tables outside on the sidewalk. So you have choices. We arrived just after noon time and the place was packed. Our waitress provided both breakfast and lunch menus. Their coffee and espresso is made with Lavazza beans, which I love, and even though I wasn't sure if I wanted breakfast or lunch, I got a coffee. Mmmm. Cream was served in a small pitcher/creamer with my coffee. I was offered refills on coffee multiple times during our visit. I also asked if they have maple syrup or just pancake syrup. They have the real deal, just ask. Pancake syrup, s&p, sweeteners and ketchup are on the table. I ordered a Greek Salad and added tuna salad on top for a bit more protien. The salad came with warm, fluffy pita bread and dressing on the side. This salad is quite big. Definitely enough to share and everything was very fresh. My travel buddy got the ultimate grilled cheese which is a big sandwich. Bacon, tomato and lots of cheeses on sour dough. The onion rings are an upcharge (says that on the menu) and from the taste, I wonder if they use a sweet onion like Walla Walla. The tempura batter by itself is not sweet, so it must be the type of onion they use. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive checking in on us throughout our visit. She chatted with several customers as if everyone is a 'regular'. Every staff member we encountered was smiling and friendly. Restrooms are located in a hallway, behind a clearly marked door, off the dining room. They are updated and very clean. Located in a strip mall style building they share parking with the other businesses in front and back of the building. I honestly did not notice if a handicapped spot was near the entrance, but there is at least one in the lot. At less than twenty dollars per person, this was an all together, very good lunch stop.

It was roughly 2pm and we'd yet to have anything to eat. We were hungry. We decided to try to get out of Boston proper before trying to find a bite. Thank goodness for the local Yelp Community in the burbs of Boston, helping us find this gem. We were seated right away and able to put in our orders quickly as well. I opted for their eggplant parmesan sandwich. It comes served on an italian roll and is cheesy deliciousness. It was the perfect amount of sauce to add flavor without being too saucy and messy. It's easily eaten like a sandwich (ie: no need to bust out a fork and knife) and was just overall tasty. I got sweet potato fries on the side which were equally tasty. Our server was beyond friendly and just pitch perfect throughout our experience. The prices are reasonable, the inside is cute as a button (they currently have a beautifully decorated and twinkle lit Thanksgiving tree), and it's a women-owned-business--what's not to love? Get to it!
