I personally worked with Eric from start to finish and it was a wonderful experience. They showed up day 1 with all the tools needed to inspect my main sewage line which continuously backed up even though it was snaked many times. Eric suggested we water jet the line to clean it properly, and then scope it. It was immediately clear i had tree roots in my main sewage line. A few days later Eric was there with his team to excavate and we found about 20' of old clay pipe which was cracked and had roots in it. That same day new PVC lines were laid and i was back in action. ZERO issues since, and i couldn't be happier. Eric was great from start to finish, and made sure i was comfortable with everything and made sure i learned exactly what was going on.
