Someone called in a phone order and that was put through before my juice was started, and this was 15 minutes after ordering. I know this comes across a bit Karen, but we need to teach young employees of businesses like this how to handle busy days, when equipment breaks, etc. Nothing was communicated to any of us sitting in the shop. I feel bad for the employees when something like this happens - I have worked food service so I understand. But communicating goes a long way, and there was none here.

One of the best I've ever had, including many I've had in Hawaii. Everything about it was tasty and super fresh and generous. Service was also exceptional. Their space is bright and cheery and polished. They even have a sign prepared that explains what their name means and how to pronounce it :) They have a few other bowls and plenty of attractive smoothies and juices so I'm looking forward to going back!
