The technician contacted me each day with updates on when he would be coming to do work, and with updates about the job. When the job was completed, I wasn't home to do a test, so I did a test when I was able to, and found that one of the items wasn't the way I had wanted it. QCE came out right away and adjusted the wiring to do exactly what I asked for. A month later, one of the GFCI outlets failed for some reason (probably me). I contacted QCE, and they came out at their next opening to examine the circuit and replace the faulty plug right away. The technician sent out a colleague the next day to finish up the job and make sure everything was working exactly the way I wanted. I would definitely recommend QCE for any electrical jobs you might have. They are honest, trustworthy, won't surprise you with any hidden costs, will finish the job even if there is a delay for whatever reason, and will return if the job isn't exactly the way you want. We just moved into a house we've been renovating and needed all new lighting. There were no overhead lights in any of the rooms except the kitchen and bathroom.
