They are polite and really didn't interfere with our life that much while they work. I would recommend them for all foundation repair needs. Be careful because lots of foundation companies will scam you, just because you will not be able to see what they did underneath your crawl space. The last foundation company came out to fix our house they made a bunch of noise for 2 weeks, said they are done and then we hired an independent inspector and confirmed they did nothing. Jason and Ernie then came out to do the work, and Jason had been briefed by Kyle with the nuances of the project. Jason was careful to describe what he thought would work best, and he kept me in the loop along the way. The work came out great, and no sooner had Jason and Ernie left than Kyle was on the phone to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
