I called and emailed to get them to fix it. They kept saying over and over that they would, weeks became months, but they never did. Eventually the owner, Will Smith, told me that essentially the world didn't revolve around me. I have to get the chimney caps replaced by another company. Some of the worst customer service in addition to total lack of craftsmanship. Don't say you can put on chimney caps if you can't. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL COST YOU HUNDREDS.
